Oh man, this guy on a Swedish auction site is selling almost his entire record collection and there are some really cheap vinyls, ram, revolver, help! and so many more I just can't name from the top off my head for all under $8. Although they end tomorrow I still think they won't rise in price that much

No they are not, I don't mind though, I'd like more non original lps right now just to listen to and later I can get a first or second press.
Wow I just had a dream where I listened to the inner light, but it wasn't the same. It was a lot longer, and it had this really weird feeling to it, and a lot of cool psychedelic stuff it was awesome then I also listened to tomorrow never knows, but it was different somehow, it didn't sound as good. It had to do with my "stereo system" in my dream.
Hey, did anybody here catch Paul's tour this past summer? I was lucky enough to see him on July 16 at Yankee Stadium. What a show he can put on! I'm amazed that he can sing all of the same stuff, most of it in the same key, after all these years. 35 songs in about 3 hours. Man, my throat was raw the next day from singing so much. It's been over a month since and I'm still amazed by it. Some of the songs he did were real surprises, especially Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End which he hasn't played on tour since 1990. The Night Before sounded awesome live, in my opinion it's the closest that his current live band has gotten to the Beatles sound. I wish I could've seen him play Michelle, but he saved that song for some of the later dates on the tour. Oh well. I also read I Me Mine a few weeks ago, I'd recommend reading it if you haven't.
I was going to go to Yankee Stadium but I couldn't afford tickets.
I was at school carrying around my notebook with A Hard Day's Night cover. Some guy looks at it and says "who the fuck are these clowns" and then I died
Exactly why I don't buy Beatles school supplies. :v:
What albums should I get I already have Sgt. Pepper
What albums should I get I already have Sgt. Pepper
Revolver n Abbey Road.
What albums should I get I already have Sgt. Pepper
All the rest.
Pretty much what Hobo said.
What albums should I get I already have Sgt. Pepper
Rubber Soul or Revolver EDIT: Actually I'd recommend getting the Past Masters compilation if you only have one album so far.
The remaster of 1 just came out so that's an option as well if you just want "greatest hits".
Yeah, and there's the blue and red compilations too I suppose. Just listened to Revolver as a whole for the first time in a while, I forgot how much I love the doubled guitar in And Your Bird Can Sing.
What albums should I get I already have Sgt. Pepper
As AK'z said Revolver & Abby Road. But I would suggest Help! aswell. I was listening to The Ballad of John & Yoko on my Mp3 in school and I had the volume quite loud so a guy next to me could hear. He called me a fucking queer. I died.
your musical tastes are different than mine so I hate you and you are also gay
There are so many reasons as to why this is my favorite song.
So school started for me 2 weeks ago and first week was a little tense because I started a new school, don't know if it's called high school or w/e but anyway. This week, I think it was Monday one girl is wearing a the Beatles t-shirt and yesterday another girl was wearing another the Beatles t-shirt. I fucking love my new class
Loads of people at my school wear Beatles shirts and carry Beatles folders and stuff. Then you talk to them about the Beatles and you realize they only have half of an idea who they are. Beatles T-Shirts, in my experience, are on nearly the same level as Che Guevara shirts.
