http://rubisco.bandcamp.com/track/dreaming That's the first one I wrote It's missing the singing, and I don't think the mix is quite right, it needs less drums and more bass. And it's a little quiet http://rubisco.bandcamp.com/track/country-song That's the second one I wrote I'm not very happy with the singing, but we can re-record it (it's not me singing) There are other songs but we only uploaded those 2 as of yet [editline]17th October 2011[/editline] and the first one's vocal track makes it a lot more like a beatles song in my opinion and our third song is very paul mcartney-like, but it's not done yet.
It is an awesome documentary. It's not as good as the Bob Dylan one he did, but still a damn good 3 and a half hours.
Sent them an e-mail. They're sold out for now but they should be shipping my copy this week when they get new stock
So I actually bought some tickets for the Paul Mccartney consert in sweden but they look like they can be sold multiple times, seeing as we only got a .pdf file sent to our email. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Probably horrifically late, but I've just watched this video now, and it really gets to me for no apparent reason.

George Harrison: Living in the Material World by Martin Scorsese Doc came today :v: Im like 1 minute in and it is already awesome. Too bad my netbook doesnt have a DVD player or I would watch this in school tomorrow. Too bad I did not have enough time to finish it today :smith:
-snip- I thought it would automerge with my old post :smith:
I was in a diner and it had little mini jukeboxes at every table I was looking through and it had some beatles on it, but I wasn't planning on playing anything. then I was sorta absent-mindedly pressing buttons on it, and the machine ended up playing Something Not only did I get a free song, but it happened to be one of my favorite songs from my favorite bands!
this was really interesting also I wanted to bump this thread because nobody has been posting in it
What's the best live record that any of them has released?
I enjoy this album.
Bangladesh for Georgie, I'm not too sure about Ringo - haven't heard a live album from him. John would probably be Live Peace in Toronto and I prefer Good Evening New York City! from Paul.
I really like this Ringo song but I can't find it anywhere online to post it here so I'll just post the lyrics that's 50% of the song anyway.
Elizabeth reigns over and under Elizabeth reigns lightning and thunder Elizabeth reigns since I was younger she’s head of the family Elizabeth reigns over me. The Queen mum is dead but she lives in my head since the world was at war we all felt her pain but never complained we all loved her more. Elizabeth reigns ... A letter unsent entombed in cement and hung from the hanging tree God save the Queen if you know what I mean we don’t really need a king. Six hundred servants use her detergent scrubbing the palace floor and all of your sins are as big as the Windsors so lets point our fingers no more. Elizabeth reigns ... Elizabeth reigns over me.
my mum got me 3 beatles records, a couple beatles posters, and a new turntable for my birthday I feel loved

Of all the things I've experienced in my life why was that one of them
That is all.
what on earth
work of art
That is all.
I've seen loads of vids like this. Usually pretty shit and poorly made. I think because this is made pretty well edited it makes it funnier.

@AK'z Imo. Lennons best solo album. It just sounds so raw and real! I love his screaming on well well well. Do you have this album on vinyl?
@AK'z Do you have this album on vinyl?
No, I really need it. I have a shitload of George Harrison albums though. In fact I have almost all of his :v: [editline]25th October 2011[/editline] Plastic Ono Band is one of the best produced albums I've heard.
I saw a copy of Plastic Ono Band at a flea market once, but the guy was asking almost 60 dollars for it.
Why are they so expensive. :( It's not like they're rare.
heh I was just listening to that album on my way to school this morning
Well Plastic Ono Band isn't like...as big as Imagine or Double Fantasy so people kinda overlook it, but when someone comes a knockin' who really wants it they're willing to pay that much for it. imo Plastic Ono Band is John's best and one of my favorites. Working Class Hero still sends chills up my spine.
I can't really say if Imagine or Plastic Ono Band is better than one another, but I prefer the Ono Band album because of the production.
3 Hour lunch in school... Turned it into the best lunch ever, watched Concert for Bangladesh and Imagine : John Lennon :v:
Just bought Plastic Ono Band on vinyl. Will post a picture soon :D
Awww yeeeah. Listening to that big Ringo greatest hits they did awhile back, Photograph (The Very Best of Ringo Starr.) I love Ringo so much <3
