The only part that I found sad is how downtrodden Robin's character gets. The kid is a jerk, not that that justifies [sp]his death[/sp], but it didn't make me feel bad at all. And then when Robin [sp] fakes all those things[/sp] I didn't feel anything.
It was an alright movie, but sad? No. At least not in my opinion.

It was sad, but I wasn't brought to tears mainly because [sp]Witt was accepting of his death[/sp].
I found Robin's reaction to his [sp]sons death[/sp] incredibly sad, as well as the following scene returning to work for the first time. How is that stuff not sad? Despite how much of a cunt [sp]his son was, it still manages to be incredibly sad, I mean he lost his only son[/sp]

It was the scene of his [sp]Sergeant breaking down over his grave[/sp] that got me. It shows what war does to people and how it changes them.

He is a great actor.
I never heard of that movie, who is in it? It sounds intriguing, like it has a multilayered story.
It has many layers, every one is a huge tear jerker too
I was chewing this really minty gum once though, ruined the tears
[sp]A winners post I've quoted, right here![/sp]
There's only one movie that ever made me cry but it's in the "animals dying" department.
It was Eight Below, and I cried because I freaking love Siberian Huskies.
Isn't that a action movie?
And to others, Holocaust movies don't effect me much.
You're an idiot, It's not an action movie, That's just a facade, It's really an expose into the weakness, and the darkness, in a man's heart.
I don't know if it would make you cry, but The Wind That Shakes The Barley was very sad and depressing.
Full Metal Jacket got pretty depressing by the end of act 1.
Also
Toy Story 3.
HBO Series. The Pacific.
The movie 50/50 almost made me cry.
Same here. I don't think I've cried over a movie since this one instance I remember from when I was in elementary school. [sp]That song before the operation really completed that whole scene.[/sp]
The only part i cried in MOON was the part where he was returning to Earth...
That scene with that fucking soundtrack together made me cried

I agree with you on that one. Especially when he gets really nervous and is with his mom.
Its been years since I last saw it, but Big Fish had some sad parts in it.
Forrest Gump
[sp]When Jenny and momma died.. goddamnit, no movie has ever made me cry like that [/sp]
[editline]27th October 2011[/editline]
also how you spelled it wan't made ME cry..
First Blood
he just wants his country's love, man
The Lovely Bones (mixed reactions from people, I thought it was great and really moving)
Bridge to Terabithia (oh lord i'm gonna tear up)
Schindler's List.
A cinema in Iceland showed it one time last year, and since I love Schindler's List I decided to go.
Seeing all those people die on a fucking huge screen is a lot more difficult than I thought...I was really fucking close to crying.
[editline]27th October 2011[/editline]
Also, Marley and Me.
Cried like a little baby to that one..

The book Bridge to Terabithia pissed me off because [sp]it was all happy go lucky, everything is awesome. Then his best friend dies, what the fuck?![/sp]
Simon Birch was sad.
Oh and The Road was depressing.
No country for old men too.

The book is sort of about the experience of when a friend of the author's son [sp]was killed by lightning[/sp] but she thought that people wouldn't think of that as realistic, so that detail changed for the novel.
Every movie by Uwe Bowel. It's so sad to see piece of shit in-front of you
Schindler's List
[sp]The girl with the red coat, when she died I couldnt stop crying[/sp]
