Looked boring, turned it off at the 4th page. Go ahead, rate me dumb, disagree, and even gaybows, if you'd like. :frog:
At first I thought they were referring to Obama and I was all like "Oh here we go again..."
Then I thought the chick was meeting with Nazis.
Then I realized what was actually going on.
It was not that sad really.
oh do it deosnt depress you two normal, funny people. degraded, treated as less than human, then shot?
We can choose what depresses us and not.
Am I allowed to choose what you find funny? No, Then shush.
To cheer people up:

Also make sure to read the very bottom of the last page of the OP comic.
Nazi didn't kill random people. This comic makes no sense.
Seriously the part with the nazi is "naive", if not stupid.
I thought it was refering to Bush as well, and I'm not even American.

Hm? They killed the Jews of Ukraine without any selection...
Not even depressed.
Hm? They killed the Jews of Ukraine without any selection...
Killing jews of Ukraine is a selection, it's just a very big one.
Also this was not the most depressing comic I have or will read, that goes for the series of Garfield comics where he's all alone.
Hm? They killed the Jews of Ukraine without any selection...
The Jews were a selection. The Nazis didn't kill Muslims or Buddhists en masse did they?
I didn't get it, They came together, they talked, they encounter a nazi and "Lol fell off cliff and bang ded".
I thought it was refering to Bush as well, and I'm not even American.

They selected the jews among other people. In the comic the guy have no proof they are jew, it doesn't make sense. Lack of realism makes it hard to have "compassion".
Keep in mind that they didn't only kill Jews. The killed lots of religions and lots of races, just Jews predominantly.

They are Jewish dumb ass.

Only the Jewish portion of the population was ordered show up for resettlement. No one else would have been there but Jews.

Yeah you're right.
Meh. The comic itself wasn't really that depressing. It was actually rather poorly done. When the characters died, I was relieved that I could go on with my day.
Sorry Jews, nothing personal. :(

We forgive you.
Yes, the holocaust happened. Were you not aware?
My reaction was strange.
It started out all D'aawwww because I thought this would just be these two kissing or something. Then, I saw this that guy punch her and shoot the other guy, my reaction was more of an "Oh shit."
Then, when I saw the caption for 1941 and realized this was the Nazis starting the holocaust, I was like "Well, wasn't expecting that. Lol."

That's because you don't know anything, in Kiev the nazi officials had put posters up to report that they were going to be "resettled"
Poster quote from wikipedia:
"Kikes of the city of Kiev and vicinity! On Monday, September 29, you are to appear by 08:00 a.m. with your possessions, money, documents, valuables, and warm clothing at Dorogozhitskaya Street, next to the Jewish cemetery. Failure to appear is punishable by death."

"Oh well it's not like I KNEW them or anything"
At first I was like, "Alright so it's something about a girl wanting to be a cartoon writer! Nothing to bad! Then when I saw the guys saying random swatsiga stuff I was... 'wait what?' then he shot the guy, and then shot the girl in the revine, and ended the comic with what it was about" I said... WTF?
"Oh well it's not like I KNEW them or anything"
Don't get me wrong, the holocaust was a horrible horrible thing. This comic just... I don't know what to say... over simplifies it? I don't know. It's just like "Hey look at this cute couple! They died."
It tries to being it down to an individual level is what you're trying to say.
It tries to being it down to an individual level is what you're trying to say.
I thought it was poorly executed. When you go from point A to point B, there's a transition. You don't hop on a train and instantly arrive at your destination. I guess you could say this makes the comic more shocking, but it just seemed unimaginative to me.
The fuck just happened? :geno:
Who would have thought it was Nazi Germany.
braaap
I would have found it less funny if all the soldiers didn't say "SWASTICKA SWASTICKA SWASTICKA"
Pretty much this, it wasn't depressing at all though.
Honestly, we've all taken history classes that covered stuff just like this.
Oh the old trick of making you bond with a character or two then killing them or something yeah
