Well the reason I got it running so quick is because I bought this swap from another 240. It wasn't easy getting it running in a week but we put alot of hours into it. Still need to address a few things before its back on the road. But people have been doing this swap for a while so there are some kits available, the wiring was not done by me but it looks relatively simple, and uses the stock q45 ecu. My speedo and tach are going to be incorrect but I will be making a custom cluster with some new gauges. Also will be getting an apexi safc to and getting it dyno tuned at some point. I might need some beefier efans too because I wouldnt be surprised if this thing makes alot of heat in the summer I think i might ditch all my tiny wheels now and go 5 lug 17" so i can actually use 1-3 gear rather than just spin tires lol

Should be easy peasy to tune your speedo for the new tires if your making a cluster for it.
