Ugh finally. Those angeleyes didn't fit
These are the stock 7" rounds. Can't see shit with them, so I have to use high beams, then other people couldn't see shit so I blacked half of them out - took some chrome covers, and painted them black. Car looks depressed and also angry. Next is to get some Hella 7" actual view increasing lights. They're about $200/piece though, compared to $20/piece stock. Sealed beams man - not many options. I took the HID's off to make way for the intercooler and everything - they didn't fit anymore and I got bored with them. I'm also planning on making a straight grill that hides all the lights anyway, kind of like a Charger. Took some cool family shots with a good photographer and the car, was fun. Wow, amazing how times flies. You two look good together, I wish both of you the best of luck.
A straight phantom style grille or w/e they're called will look sweet on there!!
Your car looks angry and tired [editline]18th November 2014[/editline] Like it just found out it has to work a 15 hour shift because half the crew didn't show up for work

People like you always reminds me that facepunch is not full of angsty teenagers and college students. Its a good thing btw. Going back home tomorrow and I might or might not be able to pick up "my car" from the garage. Its a gov't issued and owned car so it pretty much depends on whether the big boss will let me or not. And its a goddamn proton, I bet you guys have never seen a Proton here before.
I dont know what that car is or what year it is, but its awesome and the photo seems like it is period correct
1979 Nissan Skyline C210. The Corolla with the chromies takes away from it.
And its a goddamn proton, I bet you guys have never seen a Proton here before.
I have seen... many Protons. I recently drove a '13 Proton Preve(?) I like the interior and the look of the car but the auto in it was one of the worst I've driven. It also had a rear main seal leak at only 3000km's on the odo lol I usually see and drive Proton Jumbucks. They're great little things and they're based off a heavily modified Lancer chassis/body so an Evo running gear swap is always possible. It's also fun to call them Proton Dumbfucks
The only proton I've ever seen was the one they had on topgear. I had no idea it was a real car brand.
I think the new Proton Iriz looks pretty cool: I actually followed its development quite closely. It turned out that this car is very important to Proton's future, so good luck to them.
From what I've heard the Iriz is a Tardis. Big in the inside, small on the outside. Reasonable pricing too. Too bad it produces a disappointing 80kw.
From what I've heard the Iriz is a Tardis. Big in the inside, small on the outside. Reasonable pricing too. Too bad it produces a disappointing 80kw.
who actually measures in kw???

it's all about power to weight ratio
Yeah, shit quality image.
Ludicrously jealous, the 210 is one of my fave skyline gens.
People like you always reminds me that facepunch is not full of angsty teenagers and college students. Its a good thing btw.
Even though some of you are angsty highschoolers it's still fun. lol. I used to be a angsty highschooler too - that was only 7ish years ago. Not many FPers with ex-wives, kids, and the lot. lol
Wow, amazing how times flies. You two look good together, I wish both of you the best of luck.
Appreciated. I tried to get one with my daughter in it too, but she was jumping around elsewhere.
A straight phantom style grille or w/e they're called will look sweet on there!!
I'm thinking like the one you see a lot on valiants. I didn't know what they were called. I was planning on getting just 6 or 7 pieces of 6' long aluminum and building it.
it's all about power to weight ratio
its all about everything and not 1 statistic??
Serj look into dapperlighting. They recently released bixenon projector retrofits for oldschool llamps! Modern HID brightness with OE fitment
TheRetrofitSource makes some awesome sealed beam housings that are all hand made and were totally designed in-house too. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/complete-headlight-fog-light-housings/morimoto-sealed7-headlights.html
Ludicrously jealous, the 210 is one of my fave skyline gens.
My favourite too, luckily they were sold in Australia but still rare as to get your hands on. This was a local car to me, I bought it straight off the second owner. It was also sold at a dealership under a kilometre away from where I live. In the late 90's and 00's Arabs from UAE/Kuwait etc bought up most of our C210 and C110 (240k) Skylines for parts. So the ones that pop up online are sold almost stright away to someone in Australia, or for a ludicrous amount to some rich Arab. They are great cars to drive, but more are being brought back out of hiding and the community is more reluctant to sell them to people 'overseas'.

My parents finally gave me the keys to their car, so happy !!
Man, your dad looks reaally grumpy.
I'd be grumpy too if I had to drive a minivan every day.
[t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21270004/Pic%27s%20%28clean%29/Cars/celica/Resized/DSC_0011.jpg[/t] I've yet to put my snow tires on.
I really dig the square exhaust tips.
You've got the cleanest celica I've ever see.
I need to get pics of my friend's dad's MA67 Supra. It's so god damn clean it's ridiculous.
My supra used to be clean and straight :(
