Imagine how much it makes with nitrous! It would be a 200+ mph go-kart.
All I'm saying is more power argh-argh-argh-argh.....
But imagine how much better it could be with 170 horsepower. Or 190. 'Tis the nature of the gearhead, always demands more power and more handling. We can't ever settle for 'just' 150 horsepower.
or 240 like this thing

I can WOT my 104hp/3400lbs 1.6 Accent sedan any time of day and not even catch a glance from another motorist or patrol officer. I can WOT from a stop to the speed limit in front of a cop, and they'll just pass me once I eventually reach the speed limit.
Can your silly 707hp dodge charger get away with that?
god bless the usaaaaaa

I'll be redoing the suspension and dropping it about an inch in the rear and two inches int he front. I want 1 finger gaps all around.
Not sure if I want to keep the current bumpers or not. Might to a sport package bumper upgrade.

Mine's hauled a interior door from Lowes, 2 bumper covers, 2 sets of wheels, one set of garbage tires and a 50" TV in the last week. Then comfortably fit 4 people for a 300 mile drive. Honestly couldn't even want a truck, just need to carry some bungee cords lol. Driving with the hatch open is pretty sketchy across town...
Previous owner used it as a truck for his decently sized home brewing operation, in fact after 5+ years of using it as a truck he sold it with a blown headgasket and in piss poor shape because he just wanted to get a truck instead. :v:
It's actually weird seeing a bmw that high
It's actually weird seeing a bmw that high
I know, suspension parts are coming in next week. :D
I have been tempted to go even lower but I live in San Francisco. Manual on hills without having to worry about scrapes is treacherous enough.

Previous owner on mine used it as a truck as well, the inside door panel is all fucked up, and so is the inside plastic on the hatch. My best guess was the guy was hauling lumber. :v:

Yeah. It only takes it 3 seconds to get to top speed, in which case the officer is still trying to put down the donut and work the lights.

No, you know what's weird; seeing a lifted Toyota Prius with a Cummins sticker on the back window. That's weird to see.

Door panels are from the lovely retarded door mounted seat belts not retracting and idiot owners slamming them hard in the door. Usually the side rear plastics, rear trunk wall plastic and the headliner indicate how much stupid crap cars like these have hauled or been treated poorly. AFAIK the reason 90-91's are upto 200lbs heavier is primarily because of the like 150lbs of added reinforcement to put the seat belts within the doors for some stupid US specific reason.
Surprisingly though some how my motor has flawless 210 compression across the board and only has bad valve guide seals and a horrendous PCV system that will billow oil smoke if put under full vac after you open it back up.

Don't forget all the holes in the ground from the recent storm.

Luckily a lot got repaved here in town so that wasn't so bad. But all that water took a toll on my windshield seal and eventually leaked through - but just a few drops.
I lost a fog light to #HellaStorm :(
almost lost my life on the freeway, hit & run by a big lifted truck, no plates

new wheels and an alignment later, still fucked rear end

hours and hours of hammering and pulling and cutting and drilling + new trunk

been a while, guys
Ah fuck dude, i'd have to pop the trunk on someone if they did that to me.
Ah fuck dude, i'd have to pop the trunk on someone if they did that to me.
they knocked me into the next lane, nearly under a semi, and didn't pull over when I did.
witnesses didn't get plates either, I was doing around 70 when he hit me, he was doing at least 80.
it was super dark right before the 15N hits the 91 towards beach cities.
if I didn't think that my tire was blown or my RUCAs were mangled or my shit was just fucked in general I would have chased him down, but I kinda freaked out and panicked and got off the freeway.
luckily there was a sheriff at the gas station I pulled into, who helped me contact CHP.
p.s. my trunk was folded shut so
Lifted trucks need to be illegal or have new bumper laws put into place. There's a reason 18 wheelers have a giant fucking bullbar on the back of them and the same needs to be done for these.
I freaking can't stand lifted anything. All it does it cause you to have a greater chance of rolling over, not being able to see what is directly in front or behind you, and CAUSES ROCKS TO HIT MY WINDSHIELD.

Lol. Fuck off nanny-state supporter.
Semis have those because they come that way from the factory. Shit like that brings you closer to Australias retarded car modding laws.
I am all for doing whatever you want to your car, if you want to die, go right ahead, be my guest, just don't take me down with you.

It already is illegal to alter the ride height of any vehicle in any way - but no one enforces it. Check the sticker on the inside of your door - it will say something along the lines of "it is unlawful to..."
I dislike trucks that are TOO high myself. Trucks are for loading things then going to work. If they're too high it's a pain in the ass to load anything - and it severely limits the sight line - likely why the Miata got crunched. They could also run over and kill a child without even knowing. Having a 2 and a 3 year old I would kill a douch if he ended my childrens lives just because he had an issue with having a small penis and couldn't see over the hood. There's tasteful lifting/ lowering, and then there's just obnoxious douchery.
I don't think I have any stickers inside my doors other than build date on either of my Jeeps. Lift laws are a state by state thing.
True. Here in Ca apparently the limit is 23" which is less than 2 feet off the ground.

It also looks like Washington has a hard-on for camber cars and toolows.
>New Jersey
Bumpers shall be mounted at a height that meets manufacturer’s specifications.
Well its at the same height relative to the mounting brackets...
