Why not? I'm a little hesitant to be honest, but I'm sick and tired of dealing with people. I don't want to waste energy responding to tire kickers and scammers on craigslist.
I'll probably list it on ebay first, see what happens, but I wanted an estimate from carmax first so I know what I'm up against.
Carmax doesn't give you a good deal
It's a car dealership, if the buying process isn't already unpleasant I'm afraid you might enjoy being fucked in the ass hard and lied to.
It could be worse. They could give you the wrong car

Jesus Christ, how do you fuck up that bad....
Same reason that if I bought a car I'd travel all the way to a different state where one of the most reputable Honda dealers are just because I fucking hate every thread of the local stealerships existence. I don't know how many times they've tried to screw my parents and even have the balls to shove $300 bills in my face over some free service bulletin'd work that included 20 mins of labor and no parts. Not to mention the insane markup on list price from the parts department which any online dealer site will sell to you for 35% less than the local one. I ordered $130 in parts online that the stealership wants $210 for and offers a "dealer price" to shops for $175.
Not to mention the scoffing by the parts, service and sales departments if you ever go in with something even 3-4 fucking years old.

Craigslist doesn't either
Used Car dealers don't either
You're better off selling at the times I listed to the highest bidder, see if you can sell to a brand dealer

35% markup for vehicle parts is actually pretty decent. You do have to remember that these are still businesses at the end of the day that really don't make money off of selling new cars. Most dealerships revenue comes from the services they provide or the used car lot.

NO! No one is allowed to make money! Its not fair! all businesses at any level are evil!
Yet you keep buying cars that businesses made. Oh, no, wait. The government made them, not companies.

I think like... the government totally is a company man... woah.

Online dealers manage to make money still, list/"dealer" price has a pretty heavy markup. There's no reason to charge above list. They make stupid money from the cars, they're the worst dealerships around and they rape you on repairs and refuse to honor warranties unless you threaten corporate against them.
we should all just adopt communism thats clearly the way forward

That's awesome! All we got was a dry cold further south, no fun at all. Your car looks like it needs a blanket, thought.
All I got for New Years was wind.

I have a hard time finding cheap tires for my existing 2 spare rims. Could be that they are 18x10s, but still, I should be able to find a cheap set of burnout tires....

yeah I could see 18x10s being expensive, mine vary from 17x7-17x9 so tires arent too bad but ive just been stocking up on anything I can get cheap for next season. The bronze wheels I just got were $100. the 2 enkies with tires on them were $100. Im hoping to find lots of decent used tires at work over the winter though.
Its snowing finally.
