i think he just meant process the image so that it gives the viewer what you want it to rather than what it gives
i mean, this is what i would do (but that's just me, and probably not what u wanted)

I love the guy, he has such a presence. I feel that it's a shame that the ameritrade logo is in the picture, it detracts from him a bit and makes it seem like an advert.
Dunno why, but I love walking around in the city at night. So much more relaxing and moody.

It was like I was back in south carolina again, it was awesome. I agree about the Amertrade logo, and the guy on the left but I was kinda rushed because I was about to cross the street and I looked to my left and saw him and turned back around, asked to take a picture and kept going.

This sense of scale in this is twisting my brain around. love it.
Tried the Brenizer method again yesterdayish, todayish. This time with Microsoft ICE. Much, much better than Photoshop, oddly enough. There are some odd "glitches" since my friend was moving slightly, but nothing tremendous. I truthfully think it's way better than my first try... :/

Looks nice man, just a little dark - it would have looked ace if there was a bright white glow from the laptop screen to light the subject.

breziners fuck with me because they don't take into account conventional wide angle performance like smoothness in the corners and edge to edge sharpness and i'm a bit confused
