Went out with the intention of taking some nice landscape photo's ended up finding deer! was pretty awesome, Also its been a long time since i posted anything and everybodys work has got really fucking impressive.

i made a similar thing a while back that took black and white photos that had a colour cast on them, worked out what exactly that colour cast was, and applied them to other black and white photos that had no colour cast

Also no idea why this magenta line appears on all my scans.

I've had the same issue, try cleaning up near the top of your glass, there is a calibration space (or whatever it's called) that can cause issues when dirty
