So there i was as usual doin my photogin and this dog half my fucking size comes out of nowhere and starts chewing on my hand and ankle, he didnt rip my skin but i felt his teeth against my hand.

Then the owner finally comes to my rescue and leashes the dog and apologizes. I was fine with an apology since i didnt really get injured..

5 mins later i finally realize my gloves and socks were glazed with ferret smell the whole time :V

It got foggy and I went for a walk on the way home from a pub. The last 2 times I took photos have both been foggy, just after I hoped for a foggy day to shoot in.

This is cool, but I think framing the skater in the centre wasn't the best choice. Provide a context for his trick or skills - where has he come from? Where is he going once he lands?
I want to look to the right to see where he'll ride off after exiting the ramp.
I would have maybe moved over to your left and silhouetted the skater against the sun.

I think that is a better shot, both aesthetically and in terms of context.
It places the skater within his environment by having the other figures in the frame.

It's a big softbox in the sky.

Cloudy days make it easier to shoot in the noon sun.

Instead of relying on "wow pretty light" try going for composition alone and practice that?

This, the biggest mistake you can make is to come up with excuses not to go outside and take photographs.
Make use of the grey day and capture some colours that really pop out of your environment.
