What camera is it?
So I'm shooting a test for a claymation and I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether this looks good or if I should adjust it some more? I'm shooting in the dark with one diffused white light along with the mini street lamp, I'm just wondering about the colors and exposure. If anyone wants to edit it that could be helpful.

finally developed superia rolls from my k1000 + scanned them for the first time today!
Most shots were just really point and shoot to get a feel of it.

The "purist" attitude is a bit of a silly one in my opinion.
Photoshop is like a Digital Dark room. Everything that can be done in Photoshop can/has been done in the age of film - be it through different and very tedious methods. I wrote a paper on this in my Art class at school.
Even today with film, you have to choose what film you want, how long to expose it, what chemicals to use etc etc. I've never done film photography but I'm going off what I've read and what I've learned from friends and family.
In the end, it's up to you if you want to edit your photos or not - as long as you are happy with what you produce, be it straight out the camera or through editing.
