i had to edit a lot of photos today so i didn't get a chance to take many photos, but here are some vanity bokeh shots with the 55mm at 1.2 on the focal reducer thing. quality is meh overall, but should be better for black and white fake film photos than my CCTV lens was lol. 100% crops are very dull but flickr sharpened resize seem alright enough.

Met the guy 2 and a half years ago when he joined my school for 6th form. Both have huge love for art - especially photography, graphic design and music so we bonded over that. Him and my best mate since we were 11 regularly visit me in my student halls for a day spent doing nothing but chilling together.

It's just a guy eating pizza to me. It means more to you because it has more context to you, you know this dude, you were there e.t.c. It would work more if you're shooting for him as a subject specifically, say he's in a band or he's famous somehow, then theres the extra context.

I'm currently borrowing my friends 16-35mm which is a lens I've wanted to try forever, it's quite expensive though, sadly.
I had some fun trying it out with my friends F430. I really don't have any experience shooting cars with wide angle lenses, but so far I think it opens many new doors I'm looking forward to trying.

UWA's are very tough to shoot. I would recommend shooting at f5.6 at the minimum (try and stay around f8-11 for maximum sharpness across the frame), get close to your subject, and try and keep your camera as level as possible. I also think diagonal compositions work a bit better, as they fill the frame more. Also maybe angle from around the wheelbase, the wide angle will fill in the vertical space pretty easily.

This is an older film shot at 20mm ~f8 that i didn't spend a lot of time composing, but it's kind of the direction I would recommend attempting (though I don't shoot cars really, these are just some of my thoughts on it). If I redid it I would get closer.
