i focused on the shirt and then recomposed because i thought it would look worse with a blurry foreground
i guess it was a mistake
thanks for the input

i thought the arm would lead your eyes to his lens and it wouldnt matter that the camera and face were out of focus because it would still be clear enough
I hope this doesn't come off as snide or sarcastic, but you're supposed to focus on the subject of the photo. A blurry foreground is totally acceptable as long as it isn't obstructing your view of the subject.
i know this also sounds harsh but like is the photo even that interesting?
i need a bigger bathtub

Excuses if anything is out of focus,I don't have a DSLR (yet :( ) and the autofocus doesn't like me on this camera.
don't worry about focus/image quality. i've seen potato cam snapshots that are more interesting than photographs taken with the latest DSLR.
content > image quality
i know this also sounds harsh but like is the photo even that interesting?
gonna be honest i uploaded it to send to the subject and only posted it here to see if his arm looked weird to anyone else from oversharpening
didnt consider the content at all really
only just realised that it was dumb to put it here; it was just a snapshit
don't sweat it

Limpid, I'd say those are decent subject wise but the lighting causes them to be a bit over-contrasted and harsh to look at (in my personal subjective opinion of course). The last isn't my favorite in terms of composition but it's still a solid landscape, not too boring, looks very quaint.
As for me, these are about a month old but might as well. Not sure if it's just me but they look like they're suffering from horrible compression

Just random shots I got today. Tried to get a bit more creative this time with the first photo.
I think #2 may be too underexposed.

i was in the garage and this guy was hiding under all this stuff on the table and i had to dig under it all to find him, hoping to not get stung in the process. i finally found him (was really scary in the dark with only a blacklight and open toed shoes) and dropped a tape measurer on him. apparently when they die they become less reactive to blacklights and stop glowing, hence the black spots on him

The Altamont Pass is perpetually on fire and every time I go through it I never manage to get any pictures of any of the burned hills. Ah well.

I would recommend cropping the left side a bit to restore a symmetrical look. It does fall quite close to the line, but now I would say the extra space on the left isn't really adding anything to the image and would look better left out
I like the reflection of the road
