Just got my first DSLR. I watched some videos on the exposure triangle and managed to take some decent pictures in the P, A, S and M modes. Here are a couple of my favourites (I will venture out of the house, still experimenting)

I shot this wanting to remove my friend completely but I thought it would be more fun to make him invisible. (that also explains the weird-ish crop on his side)

I've wanted a DSLR for YEARS and I finally bought a Nikon D3200 with kit lens and I also bought a 35mm nikkor f/1.8G lens for low light.

I took it out yesterday evening. Some overcast lighting wasn't making for cool vibrant photos but I was getting used to setting the aperture the way I wanted.

But if anybody here could give me some tips on actually using it or software to enhance my experience or whatever I would really appreciate it! I own Photoshop CS6, lightroom 5 and adobe programs so I got those. I'm shooting in RAW already.

But yeah, looking for some helpful tips or websites to be pointed to! Also if anybody knows of any good photo hosting websites that'd be great. I've been using flickr but I'm not sure if they're so good any more with their recent changes they've been doing.
