America isn't? Sinking ship as far as I can see. China is the powerful one now.
That is what I see, too. I believe that Obama will just soften the blow. If we get some conservative libertarian instilling his laissez fair policies, we are fucked.
Because they have literally 3x more people than us? It's sad that they will take so long, really.
That's not long at all compared to how long it took the U.S. to become a major superpower.
But there are less jobs available to American citizens. Less jobs means less people paying taxes, less money the government gets to reduce the debt and build a surplus, which means less money available for tax cuts, etc.
Then tell the government to tell that to the companies or something
Being built outside of the country means what? It's the United States companies that get the credit for the objects being built.
I'll put it this way, we buy overseas more than we sell. We don't export shit, everything is imported.
That's not long at all compared to how long it took the U.S. to become a major superpower.
You mean less than 300 years? How long has China been a super power?
they suck
Ford makes some nice trucks... Also forgot Jeep.
That is what I see, too. I believe that Obama will just soften the blow. If we get some conservative libertarian instilling his laissez fair policies, we are fucked.
Hahaha laissez faire will strengthen the economy like no other, it will just crash way harder and the working man will get fucked over by companies.
I know there are a lot of political snobs out there, so I just want to give a discretion; I took only 2 college classes on economics, and 1 on political science during my senior year in high school. I read a couple of libertarian & socialist essays. I know what I am talking about.
Clearly you don't, because if you understood anything about history, you'd know how civilizations have gone through radical fundamental changes for the worse during times of desperation. The worst people come to power when people are desperate, looking for someone to answer all their questions and promise them "hope". What do you think happened in Germany when Hitler rose to power? I'm not calling Obama "Hitler" so don't even think about pulling that card, I'm using it as an example of history simply repeating itself and people being too ignorant to see they're having the wool pulled over their eyes.
You mean less than 300 years? How long has China been a super power?
The People's Republic of China was founded by Mao Zedong. That was only 71 years ago. They became a significant power in the 50s through the 60s AFTER outsourcing became popular.
they suck
Ford always has. GM didn't until they ousted the Pontiac brand.
http://bindapple.com/where-are-apple-computers-manufactured/ Apple is made in China.
That explains it
I live in Canada, but... I'd vote for Obama.
The People's Republic of China was founded by Mao Zedong. That was only 71 years ago. They became a significant power in the 50s through the 60s AFTER outsourcing became popular.
The People's Republic of China started off already developed and stuff
Now there's more women running? Man are you guys ever fucked.
I think Comcastic is in love with me and voting me dumbs or something
I think Comcastic is in love with me and voting me dumbs or something
No matter, it suits.
You would be surprised how many people vote for things because it is "new" Why do you think we have a black president.
Even if Obama lost, labor will not be cheaper compared to the outsources. The corporations will get HUGE tax breaks from the conservatives, resulting in less $$$ circulating within the lower class people. We will pretty much have a dystopia without him. America is slowly turning its field to innovation within engineering & technology rather than actual production goods. Actually, there is more generation of wealth through innovation.
We shouldn't let corporations run everything. There has to be a balance of power though. Allow the corporations to do their thing, and make sure they aren't violating certain safety and health codes. A balance of power between the two would create a more stable society. After all, any society is run by the wealthy. Both total government and total capitalism would cause trouble.
No matter, it suits.
Explain to me one reason why I'm being dumb, be coherent and don't be needlessly rude.
You would be surprised how many people vote for things because it is "new" Why do you think we have a black president.
And now suddenly the whole country is waking up to the fact that "Holy shit we fucked up big time". November 2nd will be a major indication of that.
Of course Comcastic can't do it, all he can do is rate me
The People's Republic of China started off already developed and stuff
No. Not at all. Go read about what happened to them during the 30's and 40's before the Great Leap Forward. Their country was total shit.
You would be surprised how many people vote for things because it is "new" Why do you think we have a black president.
Yeah, because people are fucking stupid. Can't wait until the day humanity ends. At this rate, it shouldn't be long.
And now suddenly the whole country is waking up to the fact that "Holy shit we fucked up big time". November 2nd will be a major indication of that.
To be honest, nothing would be any different if anyone else was in office. To me a president is nothing more than a puppet to keep people thinking things are still like they where. I don't know enough about politics nor care to know though.
Of course Comcastic can't do it, all he can do is rate me
lol mad over ratings
Of course Comcastic can't do it, all he can do is rate me
Ratings don't mean shit, unless he comes out with a good point that you're dumb.
lol mad over ratings
I'm just curious as to why I'm being dumb, I like to learn, and I like to learn from the mistakes I make.
Personally, I see the Tea Party more of a Nazi party since: a) their main platform is criticizing the ruler's poor handling of an economic meltdown b) they attack a religious minority c) they are WAAAY patriotic Also, yes, radical fundamental changes have caused civilizations to collapse, but it also saved/projected them to new Heights. Teddy Roosevelt's trustbusting created workers rights. You should be proud you are not working in a sweatshop for $1 an hour. Bolshevik Revolution made Russia the most liberated country on the planet('till the Stalinist reforms. That is what truly killed the USSR). Revolution in 1776 created a new nation in North America. The introduction Islam & its ethics in an EXTREMELY paganistic/barbaric somehow established region expanded an empire in less than a century, with several religious communities coexisting under a code of universal ethics(inspiring several humanitarian efforts today). Basically, that is a subjective argument you gave me. Simply generalizing about civilizations is not a valid argument.
And now suddenly the whole country is waking up to the fact that "Holy shit we fucked up big time". November 2nd will be a major indication of that.
This is akin to the 1994 republican "Revolution", I still can't believe they call it that. It didn't last long. I don't care if the people taking office are Republican or not, but they better not screw it up worse. I tend to look at policies rather than party. Both party platforms are blurred nowadays, and you can't really tell what either party stands for.
I'm just curious as to why I'm being dumb, I like to learn, and I like to learn from the mistakes I make.
If you liked to learn from your mistakes, you would have stopped bitching about the rating after the first time.
