http://www.hulu.com/watch/100279/vanguard-the-oxycontin-express
holy fuck I'm right in broward county
I would make LSD blotters the world currency.
I live in south florida and what
yeah its true, florida passes out pills like candy. that's why marijuana is becoming more accepted as a natural medication here. www.pufmm.org help get medical marijuana on the ballot for 2012 in florida since you live in florida you should print out the petition form and send it in. give it to your friends as well, but you have to be a registered voter. unfortunately we still have a ways to go for the signatures, but every one counts!
I would not legalize or illegalize any drugs. I would unclassify all drugs and allow the people of the world to do with them what they will. [editline]17th June 2011[/editline] Or is that the same as legalizing all drugs?
Basically the same thing, or decriminalisation. The main difference with legalisation is a legalised supply side as well as legal consumption.
It's not the fact that I don't like those drugs it is the fact that they are dangerous.
Why can't you understand that smart humans will NOT abuse those drugs and use them wisely, while only the dumbest ones will die. In the age of information, where its easier to get connected to erowid than to find a dealer, if humans all die because they surrender to drugs... So be it. We weren't doing anything more interesting anyway.
People are also dangerous. I would make sure that there was proper education on these drugs so that people know what they're doing, but I would also not allow the drugs to be sold in stores. All drugs have some sort of medicinal value, so I would set up government-owned and operated drug stores to supply all these drugs to the world. Maybe i would make it prescription-only, or maybe I would sell them to everyone. I think the most important part is that the government is selling these drugs, not just anyone.
For my part, I would legalise weed only and ban tobacco, alcohol, and all the other drugs.
It's not the fact that I don't like those drugs it is the fact that they are dangerous.
I'm not here to argue on your belief's, just something to think about.. driving a car is also dangerous. You never know, some asshole might hit you at any moment, total your car, and put you in the hospital. Just because something is dangerous, that doesn't mean it should be illegal under law.
Portugal legalized all drugs and drug use decreased dramatically among teens and young adults Some people like them to get high, but others just do it because it's illegal and doing illegal things= hardass
Portugal legalized all drugs and drug use decreased dramatically among teens and young adults Some people like them to get high, but others just do it because it's illegal and doing illegal things= hardass
Then again, the club scene in Portugal is beyond belief. Fucking unreal. I don't know if western society could handle that shit
It's not the fact that I don't like those drugs it is the fact that they are dangerous.
ban balconies, nobody regulates them so people have no choice but to fall off of them
fun fact: the risk of psychosis from alcohol is far higher than that from weed. The main thing people need to get their heads around is that banning drugs simply does not work.
holy fuck I'm right in broward county
Become a Oxycontin smuggler king and get rich.
I'd legalize weed, shrooms and other completely natural stuff. Would be sold in special stores or coffee shops. Of course it would be taxed. It would be 20 yrs age restriction. I would decriminalize possession of all other drugs but all dealing would still be illegal.
Portugal legalized all drugs and drug use decreased dramatically among teens and young adults Some people like them to get high, but others just do it because it's illegal and doing illegal things= hardass
Not being a dick, but they decriminalized possesion of all drugs, theres a difference.
all, so I can do them all and not give a fuck lololololo But seriously, I think every drug should be legal simply because it's each person's choice whether to take something or not. It being illegal doesn't stop most people from trying them. I guess there would be SOME increase in usage if legalized since there are probably people out there who only don't do drugs because they're illegal, and would otherwise try them out. However, at the same time it could make sense to see a drop in usage since there are people who do it simply because it's illegal and want to feel badass or something.
I might revise my previous answer. Legalize most drugs. Except things like Heroin, possibly meth/crack and anything else that is extremely harmful. Shit like LSD and E would be legal in controlled circumstances. I may be misinformed, as it's hard to know after the Government has lied for so long. People would be more likely to listen if the government was telling the truth all the time. And the health teachers in school would teach safe using of drugs. We would also need to find a way to stop the dickheads taking E twice a week, ruining their serotonin levels, and trying to get shit banned. [editline]18th June 2011[/editline] Splice E (I fucking love Bioshock) with that drug that helps repletion serotonin. Although, i think Cigarettes should be illegalized for the simple fact that after a while, when people get sick. It puts a huge fucking weight on the public health system, costing taxpayers millions. I'll add this to OP.
It should stay how it is, if somebody dies due to an overdose of drugs they obtained legally everybody supporting it catches flak. If somebody dies due an overdose of drugs they obtained illegally, it's THEIR fault that they didn't do any research beforehand, and that's the way it should be. Besides, being illegal isn't stopped us from doing it now, is it?

Legalize, regulate and tax all drugs. Everything in this world is dangerous under the right circumstances, and drugs are no different. Of course it should be only made legal to those who can use it responsibly and drug education that is unbiased should be required. Every person should have the right to put whatever chemical in their body that they please, but any harm to others should be held against their decision to do so, just like alcohol. Also, I know some of you are against smoking but I also have the right to do that and know fully what I have gotten myself into. If I get sick from it I will be paying for hospitalization and treatment from my own pocket, not yours.
It's not the fact that I don't like those drugs it is the fact that they are dangerous.
Weed is not harmless, and you know it. Also, there are drugs that aren't too dangerous, just like weed, such as LSD, shrooms, and MDMA. [editline]17th June 2011[/editline] But anyway, all drugs legalized. People are going to use it no matter what, so we might as well make it safe. [editline]17th June 2011[/editline] safer*

[editline]17th June 2011[/editline] safer*
I may agree that weed isn't harmless but why isn't it? It's nearly impossible to OD on (in it's natural form) and I can't see a sane person hurting others on it. Sure psychosis may stem from marijuana use, but more research needs to be done on it that is unbiased as all users of marijuana that I know show no symptoms of psychosis, and they are normal smokers. Like I said I'm not trying to bash you or the others on this forum, but I'd like to see some proof why, as I'd like to form a solid opinion that is unbiased and of typical users.

One of my friends likes throwing massive tree branches when he gets baked. At people. Not everyone gets really chill. There are such things as angry stoners. Also, marijuana does impair you. Not as badly as alcohol, but you can get too stoned to drive safely, same as alcohol.
http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/118102/20110302/marijuana-causes-psychosis.htm
Thanks, but that's in adolescences who in my opinion shouldn't be smoking weed anyways. Also they are not the typical, adult user. You wouldn't/shouldn't say something that only adults should be doing is harmful just because of the effects on minors, who are still developing and are more prone to problems.
