I tried to open a can in a really stupid way and cut my right thumb open. I had to visit the hospital and you can still see the scar. It was around 1cm deep and is 2.5cm long.
I fractured my middle finger playing basketball. I've fractured it about twice.
I jumped and I didn't realise I was standing in a door frame, I could have broken my skull/neck, this was a couple of days ago. I cant turn my head left without pain, my mum says I should go to a chiropractor, my dad said to wait and see if it gets better naturally.
Had like two other medium-sized kids fall onto me while I was on the floor facing sideways when I was 11. I couldn't stand or walk for about a week. I got better but I'm really questioning myself as to why I didn't go to the doctor. Ever since that happened my left ribcage looks weird. It's like somewhat inward but you can't see it unless you look at it from my perspective
i stepped on a lego
i hit my head on a really sharp edge when i was 5, there was blood everywhere and my mom panicked like hell. had to wear a dumbass rag on my head after getting the wound stitched. btw im so hardcore that i didn't even cry
When i was kid me and my brother decided to shoot each other with roman candle's. You know the firework. Well we did it for few hours on and off without any incidents until one burning fireballs went between my glove and jacket. It kept burning there until i put it out by throwing my glove off and putting my hand in snow. I know it doesn't sound much but it was the most painful accident i have ever had.
I tore my ACL and meniscus at the same time.
Had to get my knee stitched after hitting it in the swimming pool. I wanted to go down the slide one last time. The stairs had a little edge so your feet can't slip and fall beneath it, but I slipped and landed my knee right on that edge. It hurt quite a bit.
Ran off the edge of a dock but got my big toe stuck under a board at the edge, I went off the dock, toe stayed a little while. Broke it basically in half. :c
Riding my mountain bike at a speed way higher than I should have been going. I fell off and made a nice soft landing on a fucking cactus.
This injury was when I was an infant, I tumbled down the stairs and passed out. We had to go to the hospital to save me and it turned out I got a boil in my brain, which'd kill me if it cracked... But luckily, the doctors managed to sew it together and I was saved. I hope that injury made me smart.., since I knew the entire alphabet and it put me right on the limit to being an Autist.
When I was 14 I tripped and cut open my forehead on the side of a wall, it was the first time I've been taken in an ambulance. I had to get stitches but fortunately it didn't cause any brain trauma so I guess it's half sharp and half blunt.
Got my collarbone dislocated when someone grabbed my arm when i was going down a slide in elementary school. Had to wear cast for a week or two.
Broke my wrist badly enough snowboarding to require surgery.
I got my head cut open when I was at camp. Got some stitches and the hot nurse gave me an otter-pop.
I was stabbed in the left arm with a stanley knife once but jesus christ some of you have really put up with some bastard injuries. Radiation burns, holy fuck
I was stabbed in the left arm with a stanley knife once but jesus christ some of you have really put up with some bastard injuries. Radiation burns, holy fuck
How'd you get radiation burns?
How'd you get radiation burns?
No, I didn't get radiation burns. I was just saying somebody in this thread got them and that's like, intense man
No, I didn't get radiation burns. I was just saying somebody in this thread got them and that's like, intense man
It's called a sunburn
I sprained my wrist when I was 5, but I think the worse injury I've had was getting 2nd degree burns all over my body - legs, arms, torso and back - just by being out in the sun at the beach for an hour. The worse part is, I had sunblock on and it didn't help any :suicide: Worst August of my life.
It's called a sunburn
oh I thought it was like chernobyl level radiation burns
I also didn't want to go to the hospital because I didn't want to ruin my family's plans, so... I didn't.
Is your leg fine now, then?
When i was 6 i fell out of a tree i was climbing and managed to tear loads of skin off the back of my left leg. I had to have skin grafts.
oh I thought it was like chernobyl level radiation burns
I think they'd win the thread.
While cycling in a school activity with my primary school class in a school center of nature i fully used the right brake thanks to which i fell and resulted in my 2 front teeths sliding on asphalt. Boy did that hurt. And after 6-7 years it still hurts if the dentist goes a bit harder on them.
Also I'm between a really nasty sunburn around my neck and a football dislocating my thumb. But the sunburn seriously.. constant little stings on my neck while just chilling and TRYING to watch tv or something, it was so fucking annoying.
Huh, I was jumping on my parent's bed when I was 3. Then I fell down and ripped open a small hole in my forehead. And that's 10 stitches When I was 13, I was out on a walk with my grandfather, when some speeding immigrant on a bike hit me. Around 10+ stitches on my left knee, left quite a scar Some months ago while playing airsoft I scarred my right arm from a fall that could have been lethal if that one teammate hadn't stopped me from falling. Thankfully the wounds healed pretty quickly I had to write a math test the next day, was not fun at all
In 8th grade I was taking an Aikido class, and we were practicing rolling, and mid roll, I dislocated my shoulder. I didn't even realize it at first.
Breaking my collar bone when I was three.
