BioShock Infinite. An overrated, rose-tinted game that completely disregards its predecessors. Story sucks, gameplay sucks, characters suck, graphics look like they're from 2009 (Although they can look very impressive at times, but mostly only in the beginning) And need I mention how horrible the DLC were? We got an arena to play with the crappy guns and 2 "Nostalgia" DLCs that completely disregarded the whole story set up by the first BioShock. If not that, then Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel for the Xbox.

During the ending credits a song is played that is called "Broken" which pretty much sums up the state of the gameplay mechanics.
Dead Island. Looked so good, sucked so bad.
Overgrowth
Both Dota 2 and League of Legends. I'm not a fan of MOBAs to begin with, but these game just bug. It's not fair to judge a book by it's cover as they say, but I find Dota 2 visually unappealing and as for LoL I just can't stand to play it with or against other players (this is also the reason I don't play CS:GO competitive a lot) because they care too much for their "rank" or having more wins then losses, some players obsess so much over shit like that, to the point where they start flaming and insulting other players and shit like this even happens to one of my best friends, he starts flinging shit for every little mistake which makes playing with him a chore more than anything.
Overgrowth
I'd say that's pretty unfair given the game isn't really too close to being finished.
Don't even get me started on this game. They tried to shoehorn the MMO bullshit into this game so badly, even now I get lag when playing "single-player" because of the game's always online BS and the game is terribly optimised to boot. The story in this game is god-awful and forces you to play as some smug self obsessed asshole who hangs around which other smug self obsessed assholes. Also the DRM in this game is fucking awful, I almost had to buy the game twice because I hadn't played in so long since I bought it on account of it not working on release that Atari had deleted my account.
Not to mention the ridiculous driving "physics". That was what I loved so much about TDU1 - it surely wasn't a sim, but the physics were quite believable, especially in "hardcore" mode. So I expected TDU2 to do even better...
I'd say that's pretty unfair given the game isn't really too close to being finished.
I honestly couldn't care. So far it's currently the worst game I've ever played, I'm not saying it can't change.
Daikatana, followed by Metal Gear 1. Daikatana is so bad it's depressing. I bought it during steam sales and holy shit, it's not fun at all. I knew it was bad, but there is absolutely nothing redeemable about it. It's abysmal. I played Metal Gear 1 recently on Subsistence, expecting it to be at least competent and playable, considering it isn't on the NES. I was wrong. It sucks. It's like Metal Gear Solid 1, except half as fair and half as fun. Enemies can spot you through walls, sometimes even before you enter the next screen you'll just trigger an alert. No reason at all, you just get spotted by changing screens, even if you aren't visible or behind a wall. The save function is also fucked. You can save all you want, but the game will only save your last checkpoint. Unless you manage to hit another checkpoint, it doesn't matter where you save or how far you get. You lose it all if you die, and even if you load a save it does that. Fuck that game.
I'd say that's pretty unfair given the game isn't really too close to being finished.
And never will be
in all my games, CS:GO is one of the worst. I've seen so much bullshit from people saying "it's a good game!!!111!!1!1" and not saying why. Graphics: Okay Game-play: Too easy Players: ugh Maps: ya gotta fuckin pay for em, fuck that, considering it's $15. side notes: oh god, the game itself makes me effin sick. I had the game for 15 minutes and already got 8 kills. wtf.
I almost hate CS:GO. I wish they'd just taken CS:S, updated it graphically, added the matchmaking system and new maps and all the weapon skins and whatnot, and left it at that. Instead they had to completely rejig the weapon handling, making it either ridiculously difficult or ridiculously easy depending on who you're talking to. I'm no FPS messiah but I consider myself to be pretty good in general, and I really can't get a handle on the aiming and recoil mechanics in that game. It doesn't help that the hitboxes are retarded as far as I know but I've dumped mags into people, from my perspecive, following the "tracers", it looks as if I'm landing most of the shots, yet I get killed, look in the console and "Damage given: 25 in 1 hit" or whatever. If hitboxes were synced up to the models it'd be so much better.
League of Legends. (Or any MOBA games in general) I really do not understand why that many people like it, the gameplay is boring as hell and the community is a cesspool.
Super Mario Galaxy 2. It's just a soulless rehash of the first game made with zero effort just as a way to make more money. The game wasn't bad, but when compared to the first one it looks like utter shit.
[t]http://www.atari.com/sites/default/files/tdu2%20pcdvd_5.jpg[/t] Hands down the biggest disappointment ever. Way to take a great game and turn its successor into a steaming pile of shit.
I was going to post this, I pre-ordered it since I played the shit out of the first one and felt like they could handle the sequel pretty well. First day on release the game was entirely fucked, and even a month afterwards when I picked the game up again just to see if it was fixed its still fucked Apparantly the game still suffers from the same crashes and bugs as it did on release, and most of the online components had to be shut down because they just dont work...
