fyi the "new" generation is still part of Generation Z (the 90's kids)
There's a difference between beating your kids and giving them a good spanking every once in a while when they deserve it
unless you're 90-91 which I think is still considered the tail end of Generation Y, but I forget
Parents that beat their kids WHEN THEY DO SOMETHING WRONG are not losers, Parents who beat them FOR NO REASON are the losers, there is a difference. Discipline is good Child abuse is not good
No, they're both losers. You shouldn't beat your kid for any reason. Don't pull that "it's for discipline" bullshit, there are other ways to discipline your child. Fucks who beat their kids just do it in the worst fucking way.
There's a difference between beating your kids and giving them a good spanking every once in a while when they deserve it
How can you stand to make your kid cry? Most kids that get those spankings don't deserve them at all.
My parents hit me when I did a bad thing, it wasn't a full on thrashing. I got smacked on the arse, not kicked in the teeth. I am incredibly well behaved with my upbringing.
I truly dislike our generation. What pisses me off most is the kids in my town (we live in countryside part of CT) try to act 'gangsta' and fail horribly because we're all really a bunch of rednecks. I believe it's TV and music. They both can be about sex, drugs, etc. and make kids think "Everybody's doing this stuff, so in order to be cool, I've gotta to do it too."
I agree with some of that. Our generation is a generation of posers and tryhards. At the same time, I think that people want to have sex 'cause sex rocks.
My parents hit me when I did a bad thing, it wasn't a full on thrashing. I got smacked on the arse, not kicked in the teeth. It's great that you can take a pounding and not stick up for yourself, but don't subject your kids to it. Just because your parents were losers doesn't mean you have to be one.
How can you stand to make your kid cry? You don't spank them just to spank them, you do it because you love them and you want them to become better people.
I agree with some of that. Our generation is a generation of posers and tryhards. At the same time, I think that people want to have sex 'cause sex rocks.
furry
I agree with some of that. Our generation is a generation of posers and tryhards. I hear people do it to get the girls, and if that's what girls like now, i'll hang myself using razor wire with my hands glued to the sides of my head.
Because sometimes a spanking is the only way to teach a kid a lesson or get a point across. You don't spank them just to spank them, you do it because you love them and you want them to become better people.
No, it's not. You think its the only way to get a point across. I fucking hate my parents, but when they tell me to behave, I do. Like I said, they've never beat me before. How did they manage to pull that off? Maybe it's 15 years of psychological abuse, maybe not. However, I know deep down below their drunken rage that they love me, and that's what matters. I behave because my parents are really the only people in the world that care about me. You should behave because its the right thing to do, not because you're afraid of a fucking belt.

This happened when I was young, maybe 5-7 I dunno! I'm not going to walk up to my mum and punch her in the face and cry "YOU FUCKED ME UP BY HITTING ME WHEN EVER I DID A BAD THING!!!"
Noone here gives a fuck about how much you hate it, go bitch somewhere else.
What? This happened when I was young, maybe 5-7 I dunno! I'm not going to walk up to my mum and punch her in the face and cry "YOU FUCKED MY UP BY HITTING ME WHEN EVER I DID A BAD THING!!!"
That's not my point at all, but okay. I'm saying that a parent shouldn't ever beat their kids because there is almost always another way to get them to behave. Hitting a kid is just the laziest way out of it, parents that could care less about raising their kids right.
Maybe it's 15 years of psychological abuse, maybe not. However, I know deep down below their drunken rage that they love me, and that's what matters. KAYDEN!
there is almost always another way to get them to behave.
Almost. So, what happens when there isn't another way to get them to behave?
:bravo:

Have you ever seen those little bratty kids? Do you think just telling them to stop is going to get them to behave? Spanking isn't always necessary but sometimes it is to get a point across.
So because your parents beat you repeatedly you don't know where the line is, and that's why you're criticizing us because we had normal childhoods and plan to give that blessing to our kids. KAYDEN!
I just fucking said my parents have never beat me. Do you know how to read? You're the one that had obedience beat into you, not me. You're going to bless your kids with a beating?
It sounds like you were one of those very well behaved kids, which is great. Have you ever seen those little bratty kids? Some of those kids might only shut up if they get beat up. And I feel bad for those kids. However, the kids learn that behavior from their parents. Rather than let them develop that behavior and beat them later, why not stop the behavior before they even learn it?
Almost. So, what happens when there isn't another way to get them to behave?
Realize you were the one who allowed this behavior in the first place. You can beat your kid, but by then its too late. If you've exhausted every other method, your kid won't listen to you no matter what you do.
Almost. So, what happens when there isn't another way to get them to behave?
He crumbles, He is damaged goods from having (UH OH) A BAD UPBRINGING! You're going to bless your kids with a beating?
You're right, I didn't read it. NO WAIT, Now that I did I find out you hate your parents... What? Why? Obviously they didn't beat you. what could they possibly have done?
The worst part of this generation are the new-age emos and scensters.
The worst part of this generation are the new-age emos and scensters.
Especially the 9 year old ones.
ITT a bunch of whiny underage cunts bitch and moan about how much their generation sucks and how much it has impacted their lives.
Especially the 9 year old ones.
I've seen 9 year olds dress like scene kids. Ugh.
The worst part of this generation are the new-age emos and scensters.
It's a fad. It'll go away, just like any other fad.
ITT a bunch of whiny underage cunts bitch and moan about how much their generation sucks and how much it has impacted their lives.
this is what every generation does to the new generation this is the way it has been for hundreds of years "my generation was the best, the previous generation was lame and the new generation is lame"
The worst part of this generation are the new-age emos and scensters.
What I thought it was all the little kids trying to act ":c00l: GANGSTA :c00l:"
What I thought it was all the little kids trying to act ":c00l: GANGSTA :c00l:"
That too. I've even seen 'gangsta scensters'. Ugh.
However, the kids learn that behavior from their parents. Rather than let them develop that behavior and beat them later, why not stop the behavior before they even learn it?
It's not always learned from the parents though. For example, if a kid runs across a busy street or something like that. That's not learned from the parents. Bratiness might, but it could just be the kid.
