Coming off the anaesthetic too early during surgery. I'm not having any surgery, I'm just saying, were I to have any surgery, this would be my main concern.
Yellowjackets, wasps, and hornets. Fuck those guys.

The passage of time.
Growing old and weak scares me more than death.
Oh, and imagine being stuck inside a "coffin" that is the exact shape of your body so you can't move at all, no thanks.
Moths.

so basically claustrophobia.

Yeah, but not being able to move my body at all scares me way more than tight spaces. If someone presses really hard on the sides of my blanket so that I can't move I freak the fuck out.
Dying, losing my mom, having no career/job, guns, being harmed, and the dark
Sometimes trying to imagine how the mind transitions from living to death frightens me, because it's essentially unimaginable.
Snakes & Heights
having no place in some of my (former) friend's friendships.
My worst fear would have to be failing to save a life.
Especially of a lover or someone else I care about.
Since my first cat died some time ago pretty early (around 9 months) I'm seriously really afraid that my other cat coming this Saturday will too. I don't want it to happen again.
The future!
Yep, failure.
being in a coma
the dark, or, rather, what demented hallucinations my mind conjures up when i am in it
i have a wicked awesome imagination, and while it may be good most of the time, this is the negative thing that balances it out

I'm scared of a lot of things, but what I fear most is being burned/cooked alive or tortured, a combination of those would be a brazen bull, a torture device made in ancient Greece which would roast it's victims over an open fire, doesn't look very fun.

my surgery in 4 hours. hospitals and shit like that scare the shit out of me.
Any student that's older than me, I feel like they all want to bully me and are all laughing at me.
Failure, intimacy, dependency on someone or something, breaking my teeth
Im scared of very big animals like whales and also big things like submarines or ships. I somehow even find them disgusting, i dont really know why...
The night terrors coming back.
addiction, and i am claustrophobic :(
I am afraid of your usual - spiders, some insects, heights with no support, etc.
However, two of my worst fears are excruciating pain and going insane. Nothing else bugs me more than going insane. Going insane is horrifying. I don't want to go insane.
People thinking wrong of me.
Arranged in order of priority, from fearing most to fearing least,
Death and how inevitable it is. This one often makes me feel anxious at night.
Death of a close family member
Harming a close family member
Being in a plane crash
Being in a bad car crash
Having health problems resulting in e.g.; a heart attack, stroke etc.
fainting in a bad place due to headrush
Being shouted at by a future boss when I go back to working
Making a significant failure at college
Continuing to be a less shitty at few things rather than good at one thing or small number of things
Losing the little creativity that I do have
Wasps, bees, hornets, any insects that sting or bite
Natural disasters such as tornados, hurricanes and tsunamis
Dangerous animals including crocdiles and alligators, poisonous snakes, bears, lions, wolves (these last 2 are why I wouldn't want to go to places like Australia)
Spiders
All other insects
criticism and awkward silences
I can't stand having tight shoes or gloves.
It's almost like claustrophobia, i start to panic and desperately try to tear them off.
The more i fight it, the more i panic.
That's why i never ski.
