iTunes. Partly because I own an iTouch and can do all my music-related stuff with it, but I like the tidy, uniform list view it has. Adding and managing my music library is also pretty straightforward because of this. I used to only listen to music with WMP, but after like version 10, they totally botched the way the library is displayed. It went from a tidy, simplistic list, to one with wonky segments and album art thumbnails I couldn't get rid of. iTunes has this kind of format available, but you can change it.
Then again, I haven't used WMP in ages so they might have changed things since then, but whatever. iTunes works perfectly for my needs.
I've tried Winamp and disliked it very much. I've been told it's less of a resource hog but quite frankly I'm not really worried about efficiency. If the media player has a clean, minimalistic layout and can process audio properly, then I like it. I've never even heard of Spotify or Fubar.

Spotify is a site, Foobar 2000 is another media player alternative.
And my biggest gripe with iTunes is the "library file" which seems to love to corrupt itself on me.
Do you have any idea how agonizing it is to re-add 14,000+ songs to your library BY SUBFOLDER? Because the last time I used iTunes, trying to add the entire "My Music" folder never seemed to work.
I've never had that issue before. Did this happen back in the day? It could have been an issue they fixed in a later update.
Spotify or winamp.
Winamp, Spotify and YouTube. Winamp for stuff already on the computer, Spotify for stuff that isn't, YouTube for stuff that isn't on the computer and Spotify doesn't provide.
XMPlay.
Zune Software, Smart Dj is awesome. Better than iTunes genius imo.
zune player, the ui is sexy as fuck and i love the automatic syncing of music in a specific folder, unlike itunes which doesn't have it.
iTunes and Winamp
iTunes. Even if it does have a tendency to remove absolutely everything on my phone and constantly wants to restore from corrupted backups.
itunes 8
never upgrading
Winamp!
Spotify for me
I use iTunes because I get my podcasts there, and it scrobbles to last.fm
iTunes since that's compatible with my media server and most of my music is in AAC. I use Windows Media Player and the Last.fm Scrobbler. I'd use Spotify but I don't have the cash.

Why is iTunes so specially compatible with your media server?
And an even better question, why the hell is your music mostly in AAC?!
I use Winamp.
I'm surprised by the amount of people using iTunes, i thought it was hated in general.
iTunes.
I don't see what all the hate is all about. It's a damn good program if you have an iPod.
I have an iPod and i hate the way i have to use iTunes to put in a single song. :argh:
And the store is slow as hell.
