Gainers in general aren't cheap. You can buy other cheaper gainers all you want, I'm recommending it because it's one of the few I've been able to tolerate taste/texture wise. I can mix it in just about anything. There's some easy extra calories right there. That and the factor of convenience. You can just chug your daily serving of it, and bam extra 1,000 calories added to your day. And also loaded with vitamins and supplements.

[/B]Also, McDonalds is not something that should ever be recommended because sure it's quick calories but do you have any idea how bad those calories are? Not all fats or carbs are the same and the ones you get from McDonalds are shit. Eat fruits and meats that aren't pumped with god knows what, if possible. Otherwise do what these people have said in general. Including what JaegerMonster said, it's actually really good (tasting). You can also try Powerthirst in Gun flavor.
Go into a 6 meal a day diet and have your calorie intake be higher than the amount you burn.
