Probably not. The best source of dxm is a cough syrup/gel caps that contain only DXM as the active ingredient. If it has more than dxm as an active ingredient, either don't use it or use it at caution

Good on you taking the delsym. Triple c's are complete shit, and dangerous for you in large amounts. The dxm trip I get with triple c's is shitty for me and I puke/ feel nauseous throughout the entire DXM trip. The only thing I really enjoy about it, are the after-effects. That, with weed, is a really awesome combo
Our friends gave me a ticket to take the train ride to the grand canyon tomorrow. Gonna be awesome, haven't been there in a few years, hoping I can go on the glass walkway.
