LSD has a longer half-life so the overall trip is longer
as for the visuals, mushrooms seem to be more natural while LSD is more out of this dimension.
mushrooms have a very noticable body load which IMO is the only major downside of mushrooms, i havent done LSD year so i can really talk for the visuals and physical effects tbh.

Chance of a bad trip in general is regarded as about one in a thousand, but if you're paranoid about it the likelihood increases. Unresolved personal/emotional issues can contribute as well, as psychedelics (especially shrooms) will force you to confront said problems.

guys im a bit worried, i guess its normal but ill still mention it
wednesday night i smoked, thursday night i smoked, friday night i smoked, thursday afternoon i kind of felt in my way to a high but no quite there and was feeling paranoid and turning around every so often. since then i have been feeling the urge to turn around as if something was out to get me and yesterdya i wouldnt even shower because i thought something would creep through the window... (important to mention, all those days, friends were crashing at my place and we will go inside my room after smoking and i was scared that my parents will suspect, and also the watchmen were already suspecting (i heard them on the radio))
