Not really a spoiler since every SH game is like it, but basically all that you have done bad to others will reflect back in the village as far as i know and the creatures that roam the village each represents a certain emotion, like the famous nurses from SH2, 3 and 4 are sexual frustration. Each character has a whole twist to it.
