"Its AWESOME! OHMYGOD"

I looked into it because I was curious.

There's effectively nothing going for them other than the fact that they have a specific soundchip (AKM) on early models which was later replaced with a cheaper one.

That's about as far as I can go before it goes to complete insanity, talking about letting the console heat up for several [del]hours[/del] days before listening, how the RCA cable input and 7-pin power make it more "refined", modding in vacuum tubes for more "warmth", and how the PS1 just has a “superior level of rhythmic acuity.”
