The Official Questions Thread V. GUYS WHERE DO I BUY MAGPUL RAIL COVERS FOR MY BETA SPOOTZNAAZ??

Yeah, don't use Bios
That pisses me off. They work fine in my springers, so I guess I won't need to get ammo for those like I was expecting. I'll just save and pick up some .20 later on. But is them being bio bbs really the problem? I was hoping to bring my gun over to one of my uncle's houses and do some shooting in his huge backyard.
the weight isnt the issue, its the quality (or lack there of) of the bio degradable bbs.
I would recommend getting regular high quality polished .25 for your gun. Maybe even .28s.

I usually roll with G&G .25s or ASGI G4 .25s.
What is the advantage of .25 BB's over .20?
How is the quality of TSD BB's?
Amazon's selling some TSD.20 for 14 bucks, free shipping, and if the only downside is range, my gun will probably never see ranges beyond fifty feet anyway without bio-bb's.
.25s move slower but will have (slightly) longer range/will be affected less by wind

not to say that using a .40 gram BB will go really far but move very slowly, if it's too heavy it'll just drop
its like the difference between throwing a tennis ball and throwing a base ball.
what kind of helmet does the bf3 assault kit use?
Also, is it ok to put evil capitalist molle gear on glorius russian partizan in the case of said loadout?

So in a windless CQC environment five grams doesn't mean much. How is TSD quality wise?
No experience with TSD, but to me BBs are BBs. I don't think there's gonna be much of a difference if I switch from ASGI G4s to TSDs to ICSs. I probably shouldn't be saying that since I've only tried 2 different brands. Are the TSDs your only choice?

TSD pretty much makes the best bbs ever (excluding extra expensive sniper boolets, of course).

5 grams would make a gigantic difference. .05 grams in an indoor CQB environment won't.

My mistake.
Okay, .20 TSD it is, thanks guys. Glad I could get the whole issue sorted out in a timely matter. I was really freaked out about my gun and glad it was a 15 dollar mistake and not one that would require tinkering with my brand-fucking-new gun.
Edit: um, any reason to pick black bb's over white besides visibility in flight? the Black ones are a tad cheaper (same seller).

In CQC it won't matter, but it's not just wind- see, the BBs are the same size, so the force of air resistance is the same, but because one BB is heavier, it doesn't get slowed down as quickly by the wind. So while both BBs have the same amount of energy, the heavier one preserves its energy longer, and so at long range will have a higher speed than the .2 that has been heavily decelerated.
Edit: I only use white BBs, seeing where your pellets go is essential for walking your fire onto a target.
Tempted to buy some Madbull .12g Blue Tracer bbs for the TM MP7. Since it only shoots 250fps, it should work well. The bb's shouldn't be as shitty as generic .12g too.

Get those bb's, mod suppressor unit into my shotgun, 10 shots at a time. Yes please.
mmmmmm KWA bbs they are like top 3 quality bbs. Wont have misfires with those.
I think you mean KSC dawg.

Basically the same thing. They're made in the same factory afaik
I've never seen KWA branded BB's though.

I think they're taking over the US market from KSC completely.
as long as it shoots straight and doesn't fuck up my gun, anything is fine for me
I use javelin branded bbs, although I could probably get better ones
don't get the airsplat ones btw, they're utter shit... I got the .25s at my local field because I ran out and boy... those things are labelled .25s but I'm fairly certain they're .12s

Yeah, I rarely have the "best" bbs. Most of the time I end up with Crosman .25s (which are actually surprisingly good) because I can get them at Meijer for really cheap.
anyways, I'm gonna buy a cyma 040 (aks74) soon and I want to see a guide on how to take the triangular folding stock off because I happen to have a dboys ak74m stock lying around
pics would be appreciated

if its anything like the dboys one, theres just 1 pin that you hit out, done
from the top to the bottom

Yeah, G&G .25 bios haven't ever let me down yet.

Just punch that pin out for the stock and that's it.
Not sure if your stock with lock in place though. Tried taking a DBoys skeleton stock and putting it on my CYMA but it wouldn't lock into place. I would need to file off a lot of material on the stock side to make it latch into place.
Ender how did you remove your flash hider on your WE G39c?
So, I have a front-wired Combat Machine. To do rear wiring, do I need to replace the buffer tube? If not, how do I get the cap off of it?
