What range do you consider CQB(what's an average engagement distance at your field)? CQB is almost all I play, so I know a lot about what's good and bad for it, so I should be able to steer you pretty well.
average engagement is pretty close considering there are no clear shots from one side of the field to the other. also, the max fps allowed is 350.
045A is superior in all respects to the 035 but you'll need to downgrade spring
Okay, well my field is 330fps max, with average engagement being either 2-3 feet, or 10-20. Maximum engagement distance possible is about 40 feet. For me, that means weapon size is at a premium. Is it the same with your field, or is it more roomy? Any video of your field would help as well.
will this: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=9428 fit on this: http://www.airsplat.com/Items/ERM-JLS-E03-FN.htm
Oh my. My friend got a JLS F2000 way back in the backyardsoft days and it has always been a piece of crap. Had to redo the wiring 3 times, then finally one day the wires came undone and the mag release fell out and he lost it. AND HE EXPECTS ME TO FIX IT AGAIN
its hard to explain; here
Your field appears to be kind of like mine, but much more open and bigger. It still looks like a smaller size weapon would benefit you, and your max range looks like it can be reached accurately by even the smallest of AEGs and GBBs. What are you considering for: AEG or GBB?, model type, and your budget.
If my gun has 14mm Counter-clockwise threads, that means that I can have any kind of suppressor/ flash hider etc that is also 14mm CCW right? If so, and don't kill me for this guys, what do you think would look good on the end of a 74U besides the normal flash hider or Dog-penis suppressor?
nothing imo "dog-penis" as you call it is the best looking one for the AKS-74u, anything else would look weird imo
Cousin owns a VFC M4, wants a spring that will bring down the FPS to 350. Wants it to be CQB legal. Shoots at about 425 right now.

that donkey dick grip is really unergonomic
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_reviews.php?products_id=1485 anyone have an opinion on this? i like the under folding stock.
pls dont its the earliest good cyma and is mostly plastic
underfolders = lawn mower blades on your face
underfolders = lawn mower blades on your face
can't be as bad as weed whacker wire on your leg still afraid of those things.
underfolders = lawn mower blades on your face
so a side folding stock would be better?
wish i would have gotten a sidefolder ak :(
I do too, but then I glance over at my AK and see the sexy as fuck wood stock and all else is forgotten. Now if only I could have my wood stock be side folding...
im thinking either a cyma ak or a g&g combat machine.. which one and why?
CYMA AK to be ultra cool
If you're set on an AK, I'll let everyone else help you out, but you may want to consider something kind of SMG. G&G makes one hell of an MP5, and it can take a lipo stock, which just means the best trigger response possible and a great rate of fire. It also fires like 315fps, so you can use it at most any CQB location with no work. Oh, it is also very important to get midcaps for whichever replica you get, rattling will ruin any kind of sneaking in CQB and you do not want to have to worry about winding.
