If you were in New Zealand and found a 2004 5c coin it will be worth about 150 dollars. I wish I had found one lol.
If I can't get a good price from people who know what they're doing does anybody think I could find a kid in my neighborhood and tell him it's worth hundreds and get like $5 for it?
eat it
eat it
late to the party
give it to me.
Save it until you are 100, then it might be worth something.
One time, I found a penny from 1940 stuck between a crack in a fountain. Also, this is unrelated, but my brother got two pence from an American coin exchange.
Does it have two wheat "leaves" around the back side of the penny? If yes, it's just a 1945 wheat penny. I have bunches of them. Each is worth about 3 cents.
All 1945 pennies have wheat on the reverse side. They didn't change it to Lincoln's Memorial until 1958. Though there is a myth that there are 1959 wheat pennies. Those things, if real (there are quite a few fakes out there) will be worth a small fortune.
Okay?
Avn awards are awesome
I have a 1928 one dollar bill, the design on the back is very different from today.
Eat it then fap it out. orrrrr put it in one of those "take a penny leave a penny" holders, so someone else gets it, and passes on the legacy that some guy found a penny, a posted it on FP. Soon, the whole world will have that penny, but one of them will have aids, and get it on the penny, thus spreading it to millions of people, causing the world to slowly die a horrible death, JUST BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR PENNY! also, I have a 20mm bullet intact from 1945,and a compass. beat that! thanks for the boxes guys, I really needed to put those ww2 items in there
I found a 1937 wheat penny and a 1935 one just laying around. I also bought a 1902 penny and an 1864 2 cent piece. Just keep it.

OP never bought anything before.
Don't forget, the ones from 45 were copper.
Pass it on forever.
big deal, I have a few pennies from the late 1800s, those actually have some worth...
1943 copper penny.
Give it to this guy: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=951199
How 'bout you give it to your offspring, and tell them to give it to their offspring. Then maybe when you have a great-grandchild will it be worth anything at all.
Give it to your kids to sell when their old... Could be worth something. My nan has an old 50 cent piece that's worth $11 Australian... Think she has more valuable ones though.
Spend it on a new brain. The one you have now sucks.
keep it give it to someone important

I had a copper penny from 1943. It still had a "brand new penny" shine. My dickhead friend said "lol its just a penny" and threw it in a fucking drain. [editline]06:14AM[/editline] Should I kill him?

I work mostly at a register at work and I usually keep rare coins. I got a 1910 penny, a few silver quarters and a silver 1957 dime that is very shinny, shit load of Canadian coins.
