I know. Here in CT we are not allowed to own a 7.62 Variant AK. But, we can own 5.45 AK74's and 5.56 AK variants... So I will one day be getting a tantal and throwing a fixed stock on it.
I think for us in MI it's due to barrel length/folding stock. We have a minimum barrel length of 16 inches and there's another minimum total length for guns with folding stocks that I can't remember right now.

2 things. 1: If you look closely at the mags, both drums are identical.
2: What the FUCK is that abomination in the first picture and what demented ritual was required to summon it from the seventh circle of HELL?
Wow, I don't think I've ever seen a PSG-1 for sale in Australia before

I'm so sorry.
A couple guys at my gun club have 1887s, because they're the closest thing to pump action shotgun we're allowed. Unreliable as fuck, serious issue with feeding problems
If you look at the "L85A2" it has a bipod mounted on a perforated piece of metal under the barrel. That piece of metal IS the bipod in reality...they have the same style on the M-60.

Always wanted a lever shotgun. Unfortunately there is good reason no one makes one. Also I think it's hilarious that in COD you can duel wield stockless 12 gauge shotguns and not have trouble making follow up shots.
Place order through Palmetto State Armory on 11/25. As of 12/07, has not shipped.
Place order through PK Firearms on 11/28. Arrives on 12/01.
Place an order through Larue Tactical on 12/07. Shipped out 4 hours later.
Seriously, what the fuck PSA?
Alright guys, I need your help. I got this Marlin 795 and I want to put a rifle scope or red dot on it. I've been looking but I'm indecisive as fuck. I'm already gonna put a weaver adapter on it. Also looking not to spend more than 100 on it. Any help is appreciated.
P.S. Right now I'm looking at a primary arms reflex sight.

My store had a nice looking, cheap reflex from Walther with adjustable intensity and reticle. It was, like, $60. If I had an AR-type weapon it's what I'd want on it. Walther MRS it was called.

Wait, you can get semi-auto rifles over here?
I thought we were limited to manually-operated ones.

The only people that can have C and D class firearms (Basically any semi-auto longarm) are people whose lively hoods depend on shooting. So professional shooters and farmers who own massive property's. Some collectors who have museums can also get them but its pretty damn difficult to get the license
[editline]9th December 2011[/editline]
And if you have it as a collector you're not allowed to shoot them.
The PSG-1 is D-class (semi-automatic centrefire)
NRA needs to go national to protect the rights of every human.

So apparently Gunbroker handles property transactions as well
v:v:v who knew!
Considering a fun inexpensive plinker, what kind?
Remington 597. My store actually sells some for as low as $150.
The Marlin 795 is cheaper. It has a $25 mail-in-rebate.
I feel like a dumbass right now, I used to receive Cheaper Than Dirt magazines all the time and I never knew you could buy full weapons from their site.
Anyone here own a Saiga 12, I really want one but I dont know if I should get something more conventional.
Any lighter plinkers (preferably in >.22) that don't have external magazines, rather? I don't really like having a sore thumb or tired left arm - neither of which were a problem in my time owning a Remington 870 but were quite noticeable when I tried out a 10/22 a while back.

Marlin Model 60. Like the 795 but with a tube mag. Cost round $150.

Thanks! Aside from being .22LR (Although not a bad thing in some ways), that's just what I was looking for. Will definitely note that down.

Dr.Mortician has one which he has worked the crap out of.
They have their limitations but you get one converted and with good quality parts and a good drum magazine, you'll have a winner. The stuff he's done to his is crazy. Crazy awesome.

Well other than that the only tube fed non shotgun is a lever gun. Again I like a Marlin. A Marlin model 336 to be exact.

Try looking for a Nylon 66.
Or Winchester 190/290.

The difference there is between opinion and fact. It's a fact that Winchester sucks and an opinion that Nazis landed on the moon.
Wait a minute... I think I messed something up here...
