Thanks :)
Ooo what optics are those you've got rockin on your 870?
EOTech XPS-2
Thanks :)
I have the same model 870, I either wanna have a gunsmith mount a pikitini rail on my receiver or just go for a saddle mount, I kinda want ghost rings but the front sight is beaded and I don't wanna buy a new barrel :(
I bought that rail mount in the pic today at Sportsman's Warehouse. It's for a left handed 1100/11-87 (had no idea those existed in left hand) and it fits fine. Even has a cutout through the rail to use the original sights. Only complaint is that I cannot do a cheek weld with the EOTech. It's a couple inches too high. But since it's a reflex sight, it still works if I just don't put my chin to the stock. .
Heh, no. :) I put most of this collection together this year, and I'm pretty happy with where I stand. I can pine for a pistol caliber carbine, but that is pretty much it. I got my shotgun for trap, a couple pistols for self defense and target, my AR for a fun gun and the .308 for long range shooting and maybe hunting in the future. [editline]30th April 2011[/editline] Wow, just found this...
Looks like a 1911 pistol integrated into an AR-15 receiver.
I want it
Looking for a good (+cheap) .22 for plinking, anyone here tried a SIG 522? Failing that, any good recommendations on .22 lever-actions?
Looking for a good (+cheap) .22 for plinking, anyone here tried a SIG 522? Once there was a Browning Buckmark with a 6" barrel for $250. Another was a Ruger Mark III bull barrel with 3 extra mags and a pistol rug for $270.
[img_thumb]http://i823.photobucket.com/albums/zz159/ghostman1961/f8720b43.jpg[/img_thumb]
I'd buy that.
Smith & Wesson M&P is much better than Glock
I'd buy that.
But you can't :v:
[img_thumb]http://i823.photobucket.com/albums/zz159/ghostman1961/f8720b43.jpg[/img_thumb]
De Lisle anyone?
De Lisle anyone?
De Lisle was Bolt... and a Lee Enfield... And good.
Oh hey, FP has a gun thread. I made this video a few days ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krracznyiiU (Not media tagging before I want to test something) My brother/dad/me firing the Yugo SKS my brother got. Nothing special about the video, first time we all fired it. I'm a pretty bad shot. :v: Not-Youtube-compressed images from the end: http://i.imgur.com/aEq80.jpg http://i.imgur.com/znSh8.jpg http://i.imgur.com/4MA1B.jpg http://i.imgur.com/xIVIM.jpg http://i.imgur.com/cK2ff.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZHuK3.jpg http://i.imgur.com/27hi6.jpg http://i.imgur.com/5Ljsl.jpg http://i.imgur.com/bUPUZ.jpg http://i.imgur.com/eJq1k.jpg http://i.imgur.com/cir1B.jpg Poor trees.
Poor shooting... but nice picture work.
Lol some of the trees behind our cabin look like that [editline]1st May 2011[/editline] when my dads friend would hunt he didnt feel like pruning branches around his tree stand so he would just shoot the branches off with his shotgun :v:
i'd use it
It actually looks pretty coo'. Tacticoo... I'd still buy it for a BFONG or Replica if I felt like butchering one.
It actually looks pretty coo'. Tacticoo... I'd still buy it for a BFONG or Replica if I felt like butchering one.
the carrying handle would be chrome with dark red velvet and the receiver would be made of copper and europium. Pimpinest gun ever.
 my shooting range posted that obama is dead on facebook professional spell checking

Doesn't quite have the same charm as a level action, but is damn reliable and pretty much infinitely customizable. They even sell MG42 body kits for them :v:
I'd say the 10/22 is the small calibre rifle equivalent of the Mosin Nagant.
No, really, it's popular, cheap, everyone and their dog has one and it's customizable as fuck if you find the right places [editline]3rd May 2011[/editline] What, doubleposts?

He recently made it go through a torture test (I think accidentally) by firing 1,050 rounds through it without cleaning or oil and only now is it jamming up.

Anyone else here own a '38 Luger Officer's Edition? I'll take some pics if anyone is interested.
