None of those? I kinda liked the middle one.
Yeah, I feel if you want to tac out an ak go ahead just make sure it looks good. Personally I love all of the Gun Gods creations. Even the mentally handicapped ones.
On the topic of AKs and rails. Looks goddamn beautiful in my opinion.
I got a quad rail like that to mount to my Zastava PAP. Can't remove the handgrip from the gas tube though. I might just cut it off. I'm pretty sure it'll fit.
Hey faze, does your AK have a bolt hold open notch on the safety lever (like the one in the picture)?
Yep.
Nice.... ya know what I really want but can't own where I live. A VZ.58. I love everything about that gun.
Heard that you can grind the side facing you down to a ~60 degree angle so it disengages when you pull the charging handle back instead of having to flip the lever down.
Grind what down exactly?
Like this
So you're basically making the notch bigger?
Not neccessarily, just making it possible for the charging handle to push down the lever by itself.
Oh, if I put it on fire, the bolt automatically chambers a round. Kind of stupid. Maybe if you can find a video? Maybe I'm missing the point.
What if you have more than one setting?
They really knew how to prioritize. Considering most other countries it goes semi then automatic haha.
I shall aquire being 18 years old on the 19th of january. Then after about 6 months of communist jersey firearms license hoops i shall purchase my first gun, probably will get a lever action marlin
Love lever guns...
It was made that way to prevent soldiers from wasting their ammo. I guess Kalashnikov saw more than one soldier carrying a weapon with the safety on, getting engaged, flicking the safety off and then waste his ammo by spraying bullets all over the damn place. [editline]27th December 2011[/editline]
So they put semi auto at the bottom because disengaging the safety with more force/panick will go all the way to semi? Quite clever.
Suggestions for first gun? I'm thinking a bolt or lever action .22. Then a Lee Enfield
Suggestions for first gun? I'm thinking a bolt or lever action .22. Then a Lee Enfield
.22 no matter what as far as I am concerned. Easiest gun to find ammo for, at least that's the case here in the states. Marlin makes good lever actions and just about everybody makes a 22 bolt action. Comes down to price and personal taste. I actually did the opposite of what you plan to do. I bought an Enfield first and then my 22. On that matter my .22 is a Marlin 795 which is semi auto but very inexpensive. Good luck no matter what you get.
Coolio. My dad may give me his old bolt action .308 when i turn 18 Me gusta and such.

They're plinking guns at most, but the fact that 500 rounds costs like 5-10bucks makes them affordable. A lot of people laugh but some of the best shooting competitions are made up of highly modified 10/22 rifles.
A lot of people laugh but some of the best shooting competitions are made up of highly modified 10/22 rifles.
Well people can go FUCK THEMSELVES because .22s are awesome.
How is the GSG5? I kinda want one.
If you can find a GSG-5 that isn't a GSG-522, they are nice. Those are the ones that are pre-HK lawsuit. Fun guns, definitely get some looks at the range.

Better off with a semi-auto MP5, or a real one
Better off with a semi-auto MP5, or a real one
That's pretty damn expensive. 3 grand?
People who have never seen firearms/held/shot them don't realize how small they actually are. People have this misconception that "gunz ar huuge xd!"
This tread is slow </3
This tread is slow </3
What?
Thread aww shit.
How is the GSG5? I kinda want one.
I own the GSG5-SD. It is the newer model. Mine has a red-dot sight on it. It is a blast to shoot, GSG5 is becoming fairly popular and a lot of aftermarket mods are being made including hi-cap magazines. Only thing is, its gets dirty and gummed up quickly, but a cleaning/field stripping should always be done after shooting. I got mine on sale, most places around here sell regular 22's for 200 bucks or so, so i went a head and spent another 100 and go something I actually like. Not many people have them or take them to the range so it always gets looks.
I thought you needed a class 3 license for suppressed weapons?
