An Mini 14 with a folding stock is only good if it had a red dot on it. The iron sights are good enough though. The Mini 14 is not that great of a long ranged gun though. The newest versions can get around a 3" grouping at 100 yards. The older ones got 6" groupings.

Hey I've got nothing against it, to each his own. However a gun from any COD kinda makes me cringe,
:colbert: :colbert:
wanting a gun from COD just reminds me of little kids who know nothing about real guns or real war. Are the guns cool? Sure, but I just don't like the principal of it. I'd still rock a gun from any COD I just wouldn't invest too much into it. I really hate the COD shit cause I work at an Airsoft field, and you can imagine how many fucking immature kids wanna dress up like COD and run around, so many kids ask "hey can we throw knives to get kills". So I'm biased.
Ive been playing airsoft for 8 years, and Im not biased :v:
Hey, I dressed up like a Russian Riot officer because we were having a "Rangers vs Spetsnaz" battle. We had AK AEG's and such, and they had M4 AEG's. It was a load of fun, and we didn't even mention Call of Duty. It was just good clean fun.
Nice rifle. I can't find a nice looking K98 around here to save my life, they all look like they went through meat grinders.

No steel cored ammo unless allowed at a range (which it never is in my area), and most surplus ammo like that requires FFL to order it.
The California online ammo sales ban law was overturned a few months ago...

These Kalifornia lawls completely elude and baffle me. :frown:
The California online ammo sales ban law was overturned a few months ago...
Look at the first link in the quote:
If you are in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, or Massachusetts we will only ship to an FFL dealer
I am in the L.A. area, and most stores say that whenever I try to order some.
anyone ever have those dreams where you have a gun but it wont work? I had one where i was a security guard in a bank or some shit, and they gave me my pistol and then i spent the whole dream racking it trying to chamber a round, and it was just sitting in the mag not loading :ohdear:

The horror of it all.
I find my gun will fire once then it will stop, or vanish
I find my gun will fire once then it will stop, or vanish
Your body tells you that you will prematurely ejaculate in life.
gave the Gun bit of a clean with WD40 looks a bit better now.
Yes, I have a translated Mosin manual and it includes tactics for shooting low-flying aircraft.
Instructions for shooting aircraft in the Norwegian army. Old book, ofcourse. Every single enemy drawn in the book is russian. :v:
Not even semiautomatic AK-pattern rifles are allowed.
Where are you getting this from?
It's funny because the only reason they're banned is that they're of "military character". The same applies to the M1/M14 family and a shitload of other firearms.
Mini M14 rifles are legal for hunting. Semi-automatics aren't banned by name, they bare banned in general, and that ban is then given exceptions. (AR-15, Galil, AUG, Saiga (rifle), Tigr (Pretty much an SVD), HK94, HK SL8 ("G36"), SIG SG 550, and a lot of semi-automatic hunting rifles are excempt from this ban)
anyone ever have those dreams where you have a gun but it wont work? That, or I lose the gun somehow.

I had a dream where I twice came across threats (first time was 2 dobermans, second time was two weirdos) I kept shooting them, and hitting them, but they were never even fazed by it. That was when I owned my Sig P6...sold it not long after that. Never experienced anything like that when I owned my XD or Glocks...
Derp. Notice the 1kg bag of candy that was emptied during the range visit. It was slowly filled up with brass from the guy three rows to my left..

I always have a shotgun in my dreams too, but when I shoot it the spread is 180 degrees and it pisses me off since no matter how much I shoot the shot 99.9% never hits unless I go point-blank when it also might miss.
Whenever I'm having a dream and I find myself with a gun it's either hilariously tiny, does not function, actually shoots non lethal ammo or is terribly inaccurate. I don't even want to think about what these things could mean.
It my dreams I always have the powers of spider man, except my webs are always as weak as silly string.

So I decided I don't need a freaking ton of rail space on my gun if I'm just using a VFG and the occasional flashlight. Bought a MOE hand guard and the hardware I need to mount it on my AR, and the smith is going to install it for me tomorrow. Will have an after pic then....
this is quite late but what is the gun above the bottom one? it skips me atm
Saiga 12 Shotgun. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saiga-12
Seiga 12 (not right spelling).
I think he meant the one above that, the m1 garand-look-a-like rifle.
I think he meant the one above that, the m1 garand-look-a-like rifle.
I think that one is a German gun? Can't recall the name of it, but I think it was in WaW...semi auto, not bolt action.
I love my guns :D http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/804/memod.jpg/ Got a Glock 17 and the famous AK47 :) payed 500 bucks for the AK, its a serious fun toy :)
