Federal is good about ammo prices and value packs of bird/target shot are great too. $20 for 100
Just discovered there's a Stinger surface to air missile launcher on the market, unfortunately it's dated 87 and comes minus payload, I'm tire-kicking at the moment, the price is madness especially for an old unit.
The Mesa Tactical Urbino stock came in for my 870 today. Feels awesome. Very solid feel, and the LOP is around an inch shorter, which makes it easier to reach out and get a grip on the forearm. I might switch back to the police style now. The cheek riser has 5 or 6 height settings available, you just slide it into some notches on the stock. Will make using an optic on a rail system easier to use.
..."minus payload"? Are you telling me the AT-4s are functional and loaded?
It's marked practice TPT, so it comes minus armour piercing warhead. It stills goes boom, but I wouldn't expect it to take on a Challenger. buildings and soft targets are fine though. You can tell its payload by the colored tape. Quite a bargain too.
Looks like it's awkward to shoulder
Actually it's awesome. Without the cheekrest, my eye ends up directly on top of the receiver, looking straight down the top of the gun at the bead. The pistol grip being so close causes a bit of a chicken wing, but that's it.
How the FUCK do you afford this stuff and where can I get some?!
That would be telling, I enjoy firearms just as any guy, i just have a means of acquiring ones with a bit more ommph.
That would be telling, I enjoy firearms just as any guy, i just have a means of acquiring ones with a bit more ommph.
I know I can buy used rocket launchers here, and most are de-milled or are training variants, but I'm just really curious how you are able to acquire/own these in Ireland. Especially considering most european countries have extremely strict weapons regulations. Just look at England, can't even own a pocket knife there; This would cause me to believe you are military/police.

The guys at /k/ stumbled upon this gem. It's fucking hilarious.
Hey mabus more pics your collection of stuff please it intrigues me. I wanna see the actual AT4 rocket
Sorry man, its been fired. But hopefully I will have a few pics of the firing up soon. I can post a few pics of my collection of other firearms if you like. Also I'm not a member of any paramilitary organization, the IRA are criminals.
Currently no allowed export to the US. we can buy them in Canada, they are expensive though.
I know a guy who bought the FG42 replica for our re-enacting. Expensive as fuuuuuuuck though

Is the Phantom RT4A red dot sight any good. I only see two reviews and they don't like it. Any body here anything about red dots and what is reasonable? I bought the sight, and it has a lifetime warranty.
Went up to my great grandma's (Mom's mom's mom) house and Bear, my 'grandpa' (Mom's Mom's Sister's Husband) let me go to his range and shoot whatever I wanted to. Last night I shot a 9MM Personal Protection handgun that none of you have probably seen since it's so weird and compact. I shot a Smith and Wesson .38 Special Snub Nose(Motherfucker has some power.), a .22 Bolt Action rifle, a .22 semi-automatic rifle, and a .22 Cowboy Revolver. Here's what the semi-automatic rifle and S&W looked like since I shot these earlier (Not my pics): And 2 pics from me, first is 2 shells, one in focus is a .38 shell from the S&W and the one on the left is a .22 that we used in the rifles. Earlier today we shot just the semi-auto rifle and the S&W. The second pic is the 5 target that day that I only shot with the .22:
I shot one of those Semi Auto .22 once... it was unregistered in Australia, Fun times.
Hello, Facepunch, I would be happy if you could recommend a scope, cleaning kit, case, ect. ect. necessary items for a .22 LR rifle. Thank you.
You don't really need a scope for the rifle unless it does not have iron sights, or you are going into competitive shooting. Just about any .22 cleaning kit will work.
I am doing somewhat competitive shooting,, as in http://www.nrahq.org/education/training/marksmanship/qualbook.pdf#page=20 and restoring my dad's rifle from the 60's-70's.
Where do you guys buy your guns?
Reading on this Norwegian forum; it's filled with dumb kids making "explosives" from thing they buy at the local pharmacy and discussing blowing up old cartridges. They drill holes in the side of the shell and hit primers with hammers. I seriously hope none of you do this, kids.
Nope, i detonate mine with a 20,000 volt power supply at beyond 30m. The bomb is in a Car-pit in my garage. [editline]11th July 2011[/editline]
Where do you guys buy your guns?
Gun shops.
Where do you guys buy your guns?
Illegally without background checks at gun shows from cartel leaders.
Illegally without background checks at gun shows from cartel leaders.
Only way to do it
Where do you guys buy your guns?
I've gotten mine from Dick's, Wally world and a personal friend of mine who runs a gun shop out of his house. The local gun shops around here have a lot of bad rep, so I try to avoid them.
Somalian gunrunners are the only way.

pfffft laws, the cops come near him he will just get all MLG with a deagle brand deagle
He does not run a gun shop out of his house, that is illegal; he may however make private sales out of his house.
He has a FFL and buys guns to sell off his website, then you go to his house to pick it up and fill out paperwork and get your gun. Not sure if thats illegal or not, but its nice.
I am going to go shooting with my grandpa in the desert, and have recently seen the guns he owns. Here's a list of what I can remember: Walther PPK Glock 17 Colt M1911 M1 Garand AR-15 Some .22 self loading rifles Which would be the best to learn to shoot with?
