I see Wikipedia say the Kar98 is apparently extremely abundant in Canada and the US, it also says some 14 million were made, yet I can't find any Goddamn K98s in any of the gun shops I know about, and google yields only airsoft guns.
I've been thinking of a Mosin Sniper, but if the price is right on a Kar98 and one pops up by then I'd definitely want it instead.
I'd prefer one of the German ones, else I could easily get a Yugo reproduction/refurb, I'd prefer one with the original German markings. I'd be getting it not just for firing, but for collecting as well, hence why I want full authenticity.
I know the Commies captured a few million of them, with the amount of their old guns they're shipping over here maybe they'll start shipping over some of their captures.
My gun store has 7 of them, most original w/bayonet.

And don't you goddamn dare to buy their Trenchgun I am saving up for.
Hot damn, they got a Jap cal Arisaka, the only one I can find here is a Thai .30-06 conversion.
HOLY SHIT THEY HAVE A NAMBU!
Their price for M1 Carbines is expensive, though, I saw one up here going for $600. They also seem to be charging a lot for the Lee Enfields, they're anywhere between $150-$400 here, some of then are going for $1100 there.
Also, didn't see the trenchgun you mentioned, and only saw one K98 on the site, and it mentioned Persia in the title.

They don't list everything on the website, they told me that the first time I visited. I'm suprised that they don't have up their prized Mauser C96. In the shop they have an original C96 complete with holster and removable stock.
Mauser C-96 Broomhandle w. stock holster (all matching)
Early small ring hammer transitional model with matching serial numbers and wood stock holster. Action is tight and crisp. Stock is cracked but repaired (a common issue due to shrinking of the wood with age). Fair bore.
Like this?

It's tempting, but I'm looking for a rifle right now. It's also just a bit out of my price range.
Not from the same site you linked BTW.

Jesus it takes so long for you guys to get guns down there. If I wanted a Nagant now, I could head down to a store tomorrow when they open and take it home the same day, with little or no wait. I guess that's an advantage of licensing, it acts as a background check in a piece of plastic, considering the RCMP do one before issuing it. The only time you have to wait is for restricteds, and that's because the dealer needs to get you an Authorization to Transport order from the government for you to bring it home. If the Tories get rid of ATTs, there'd be no wait for pistols either.

Waiting period was 30 minutes yesterday...wanted so desperately to find a gun I wanted to buy. bought an Aimpoint T-1 instead.
My trigger finger is so damn itchy...
7 bucks for 20 7.62 x 54R's.
Not bad.
Nice, at the Cabela's closest to me it's $15 for 20, plus they're steel case.

Those Romanian Akm's with the forward grips were fairly common 5 years ago were I came from. They were really nice, but most of the ones I had my hands on had the grips sawn off. I always wanted one for myself but they have mostly disappeared.
Get the AK tomorrow!!! AHHH DAMMIT GIMME IT NOW!!! FUCKING WAITING PERIOD!!! @$&*#@&$(*#

I visited a shooting range this summer with a same guy that took me there the summer before. He had gotten him this auto shotgun with capacity of 4 rounds and then he asked me to shoot them all in a row :v:
There was like 30 clay targets 20 meters away from the booth and only 3-4 got notable damage...
Also, will everybody here hate me if I post a picture of my air rifle?

The air rifle is Spanish Cometa 300. It has recieved widely positive reviews for it's good performance and reliability. The stock is "fine wood" with good, smooth finish. I agree that it's a great air rifle and something utterly brilliant for it's price range - I payed 130€ for it when I ordered it from Spain - 180€ with accesories like 5 types of ammo, a complete Gamo maintance set, and a Gamo TV scope (3-7x28). It's currently mounted with my BSA red dot sight, which I use as an alternative for iron sights - I bargained it as new for 20€ from a hunting exhibition.
