Who honestly gives a flying fuck how it looks?
Yeah I will take the functionality and feel of a gun over the looks. The 1911 just happens to fit the looks in there haha. i don't mind the look of the Mk 14 Mod 0...
I shot a friend's Winchester 30-30 today. I think I know what my next gun is going to be. That thing is fun as hell to shoot. Anyone have one?
I have a Marlin .30-30, I love it despite the short as fuck barrel. That's the thing with most lever actions, their barrels are universally short, but more than adequate for deer hunting and the like.
No tubular magazine for this one, y'know, russian army liked this thing right here. But yeah, I'm nitpicking.
I FUCKING WANT ONE HOLY SHIT :O

People, I still need your help in convincing my safety-concerned, paranoid dad into letting me store a Nagant at his house if I buy one! What can I use as persuasion?
The fact that it, personally likely killed dozens of fascists.
People, I still need your help in convincing my safety-concerned, paranoid dad into letting me store a Nagant at his house if I buy one! What can I use as persuasion?
How about a gun locker? Or a locked gun case?
People, I still need your help in convincing my safety-concerned, paranoid dad into letting me store a Nagant at his house if I buy one! What can I use as persuasion?
how old are you
No. I just think parkerized metal is ugly.
You hate it whilst I rather prefer it! It just goes to show the variety of opinions which all form a commonality of which we can all say we enjoy firearms!
YES ALWAYS OF COURSE. FASCIST GUN OF PIG OF WEST IS BAD AND WILL JELLY AND FAIL TO SLING EMPTY CASING OF BULLET IF TOUCH. YOU SHOULD FEEL ASHAME. KALASHNIKOV IS TO TURN IN GRAVE AS HE DEAD OF YOUR HORRIBLE TASTE OF WEAPON OF SLING HOT METAL. No. I just think parkerized metal is ugly.
You do realize that you've commented on every plastic part, every gun younger than 20 years, and any modified wooden weapon in the thread.
Was wasting my time waiting for a girl, looked at some random used pistols (not a lot of gun stores selling pistols in Norway). Sorry for low quality, it's a phone pic. [IMG_THUMB]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6218060/Ole/IMAG0047.jpg[/IMG_THUMB]
That is literally the largest attachment I've ever seen.
That is literally the largest attachment I've ever seen.
And I want it. So hard.
Is that a Kimber in the middle?
Might be, didn't ask. He had a couple of sweet guns, all under 4000.
That is literally the largest attachment I've ever seen.
That's what she said.
That is literally the largest attachment I've ever seen.
It's uncannily similar to an old bike pump I have. Makes me think of this:
Somewhere in this crazy world, there's a very confused farmer with an AK stock bolted onto his shovel.

People, I still need your help in convincing my safety-concerned, paranoid dad into letting me store a Nagant at his house if I buy one! What can I use as persuasion?
Do what I did and just bring one home one day and teach them about it. Boom.
That better be really effin silent.
The owner said that even though it took ages getting used to, there wasn't a lot of sound. I've already shot the buckmark without a supressor, and I imagine that a supressor (or in this case, more like a silencer) would make it deadly quiet.

It'd be cool to try something that is silenced.

I had a break for a few seconds when I was visiting an actual range for the first time. I took my ear pads off, and boom, my pal decides to shoot a .357 a few meters away from me.
And why didn't you wear ear protection?
Because it was a 22, I never do. Do you wear ear plugs when setting off firecrackers?
