You people and your blankets/matresses/bad settings. Gun racks are where it's at.
but in new joisey you have to keep all firearms locked and unloaded in a case / with trigger guards on
[editline]14th April 2011[/editline]
Be nice to keep a gun on a rack though :frown:

That's bird shot and target shot. The military uses slugs and buck shot. Both would ruin your day. Shotguns also have a much longer range than what video games depict.

SxS is the usual abbreviation.
SBS is usually reserved for short barrel shotgun, like this:

To be fair, birdshot will still mess you up under 40 feet.
Glocknades, meet the GLOCKTICAL NUKE!

Please tell me this is a joke

The recoil must be worse than the normal version. Especially if the semi auto function is mechanical recoil operated. Looks like a Browning semi auto shotgun, so the whole barrel moves.

At forty feet you would look like Peter Weller at the start of robocop with 7's or 6's. Especially if it's tightly choked.
Just ask Dick Cheney's lawyer...
I've actually been training my aim with a .22 Walther Olympia:
[img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b3/Walther_Olympia_1797.jpg[/img_thumb]
The sights are..well, pretty tight so you need a good eye, but the caliber is small so it's nice for practice.
What boom does Facepunch practice with?

I've since put a bipod on the .308 and changed out the stock for a pistol gripped model on the 870

Aw fuck, thanks for ruining my day. Now this .22 feels like a peashooter.
Damn these gunlaws. Shit takes forever to get a license for anything bigger than a Glock.
Posted in the airsoft thread, I felt comfortable to post it in here too.
These are real guns, but I felt that it was relevant. Basically I own an AK47 and a bunch of other guns (Which I'm not posting because I have them uploaded to Facebook) and I came across this guy's image that I've met before.

Wait? What? He labeled the image AK47..

Someone I don't know sets him straight, pretty funny. Wait.. He is denying that it isn't an AK47.. What?.. The person who set him straight has a profile picture of him shooting his own AMD-65 and a shitton of other weapons..

Seems like said guy I don't know just gave up from this moron's comments. His friends actually think its an AK47 just because he said it was..
I blacked out the guy I don't know's picture and name so he isn't harrassed by facepunch, I also blacked out my picture at the bottom, and marked the idiot with red. His friends were marked with various other colors.
:suicide:
What a dick head... this is why countries can't have nice things.
Handled a CZ Compact 9mm and a M&P Compact 9mm.
Though I didn't get to shoot the CZ the M&P 9 was pretty nice to shoot. Though the handling on the CZ was just rock solid in hand and super smooth. The trigger pull on that thing was gdfgsdfdsfgds. It was very VERY nice.

That was one of the most painfully dumb things I've read in AGES.
I wish us Brits were allowed guns but our government always likes to take our toys away because they know we would immediately rebel and also after 1 shooting they get all "OMFG GUN CRIME ERRYDAY, ERRYWHERE. SHUT DOWN ANYTHING GUN RELATED" :smith:

full choke on a 12 gauge with some barrel mods you can easily get a hand sized grouping at 40 yards, that's what i did with mine
my friends were telling me that that is bull shit, i'm the one that owns the god damned gun...but yeah. shotguns rule.

It hurts even worse when I read what you said about the gun. So ugly. Is that really a target pistol?
