Dew is mainly water, carbon dioxide, and sucrose. Commonly-available peroxide is only like 3% H2O2, the rest water (high-strength peroxide was a common rocket fuel, phased out because it was too explosive). And baking soda is just sodium bicarbonate. Since the Dew already has excess carbon dioxide, the baking soda shouldn't be necessary for anything unless you somehow need more sodium than it already has or more CO2 than it already has. Sucrose is flammable, might oxidize with the peroxide, giving you CO2 and H2O in some amount (C12H22O11 + 24H2O2 -> 12CO2 + 35H2O). That's probably exothermic, so you'd get some heat. Maybe enough to boil it? Very unlikely with common peroxide but maybe if you got your hands on 90% it would work (then again, you could just decompose the peroxide alone to get a lot of heat and water). The bicarbonate might react with the citric acid to give a sodium salt of some kind. Again, not really a big reaction because it's such a weak base and a highly-diluted weak acid, probably won't even get a baking-soda-and-vinegar-volcano effect. None of the major chemicals in any of the components are chemiluminescent. Peroxide plus luminol would work, but it would glow blue. White phosphorus vapor would glow green, but I really hope there's none of that in Mt. Dew. Lyoluminescence might work, but at no point did the instructions say "bombard it with gamma radiation", because where am I supposed to get some high-strength gamma radiation?
