If i recall correctly though this one is from Finland + it's an actual method of protecting the water hoses when on train tracks. (Train wheels can go over those, nothing more than a bump for those on the train.)
Is there any videos of this in action? Very curious because I can't help but think that a train would just rip straight through these things. Trains are heavy as fuck.

DID SOMEONE SAY DAILY MAIL?

Even then, trains don't have suspension, so if the wheels did go up onto those things, it would be jarringly uncomfortable, and would probably damage the train.
Hey, this past week our funny photo went viral throughout the whole world. Thousands of shares and likes in many different countries! Once and for all: the picture was taken in Belgium, in a small village called Bornem. After a minor intervention, we had some time left near the railway to make this picture. Since there were no trains running at all for a week due to maintenance works, we can state that our joke was a real success! Thanks to our entire team, 2nd sqdn Firefighters Bornem!
And thirdly, it was a prank
Reminds me of the Ohio-Michigan border.
With Michigan the bad one right? it's pretty bad here. We have one of the highest gas taxes but like none of that money goes to roads.

It's not just a small bump for the train, its a derailment garuantee. A train cannot just go over a bump....

It'll go straight ahead back onto the rails
