ISP's if told and shown proof that a customer of theirs was caught pirating, they will send a cease and desist letter to the customer informing them to stop. In the letter they include details like the file you were downloading. So if you were downloading a hard core porno, something tells me the name would be a dead giveaway.

The two that finished were probably a lap a head of the rest. So the rest of the runners continued on the inside track, while those two went to the 2nd/3rd lane to finish.
