I'd make an argument that it's about as good as you're going to get in a game with that sort of art style considering that artists always seem to be terrified of taking female characters out of that "idealised" body shape. For exaggerated body types things always fall into that "men are super buff, women look like models" hole. The three other female characters have the same general body shape, she's just slimmer, and she's meant to be the speedy scout class so it makes more sense than a half-naked sniper whose clothes apparently consist of very convincing body paint and some metal boots.
