there are times when i think i'm reasonably more insane than usual and i cannot understand what someone is saying, but i think in this case i am justified in asking what you are on about; because i'm tired and i've read your post at least 8 times and i cannot understand what you are trying to say here

Bill Willson is the official name of the human embodiment of the CIA, killed by Bane.
However, as the novellization reveals, it's merely a codename, as the "Nameless Operative died instantly"

The novellization of this scene is somehow worse than the actual scene.

I've never understood American and having basements in their homes. Proper basements (and not 'oh hey, there is a little bit of room under the floorboards, lets store stuff there!') are really rare here in Australia.

I don't think that's an American thing

Because our construction works can't be fucked digging a basement it seems. Also many houses are built raised for flood immunity.

They are pretty much nonexistant in the western part of the US, as most homes that have them here are in tornado areas.

Reminds me of a time my mechanic (back when the game still had the NPC spawn) took a bullet from a sniper half a mile away that was intended for me. I was able to flee to safety while they reloaded :v:

A good chunk of homes here have basements and we rarely have tornadoes. I thought they were kinda 50/50

Not seeing how basements are an American exclusive...

Areas not prone to flooding will have them, probably something to do with extra structural support from a bi-level home, and perhaps insulation.

In terms of western countries they're only really found in the US and Canada from what I know of. I don't think they're common in Europe.
Well what else are you going to use the space under your house for? Dirt storage?

Homes in Australia are deprived of many things, including additional rooms and living space. But what they lack in living conditions they make up for with massive poisonous insects!

Actually homes in australia are really big on average, which isn't surprising since we have so much fucking space. We've actually got some of the biggest (or the biggest) average house sizes in the world, bigger than the us even. Okay, sure. Fair enough, houses in Australia have lots of room.
But do they have basements?
