I have one of the userscripts that were released by a member of this forum, it makes it so that all the posts have the yellow tint.

It's part of the userscript, I installed it so I could see ratings when I'm not signed into the forum.
you can also see all the people that rated the posts (normally it if exceeds a certain number you can't see all of the people that rated it).
It's not really customizable so I don't really know how to turn it off, this was before the registration thing was added in and it didn't really bother me.
