I love this video because of how completely bullshit the reason he got the S-Rank was.
That mission is supposed to be a really long one and a really difficult one, and he did the mission in a fraction of the "expected time," which scored him a massive bonus.
After a certain amount of time passes, the base goes in to Alert automatically, so you're always going to have one. If the soldiers lose sight of you during the alert, the alert technically goes away while everyone stays in alert mode, so if you actually play stealthily and get caught a second time it counts as a second alert.
So, what this guy did was get the first "gimme" alert and made sure that first alert NEVER went down by causing utter havoc and making sure that everyone knew where he was constantly.
On any other mission in the game, acting like a dipshit like this will cause you to fail the mission. In this mission, which allows you a single alert? You're free to use that alert to go completely apeshit.
