Well usually you press esc to pause, but pressing pause is much better as it just says pause while the game is paused and you don't get the annoying music.

I'm curious, who actually thought this song was a good idea? It just seems like a way to cash in on a tragedy and the lyrics are shit.
Even with the commonwealth, US English speakers dwarf British English speakers.
It's still our language you're using...like it or not. British English contains within it years of tradition and heritage, whereas US English came about just because one guy wanted to show how really badass and independant the Americans are by keeping our language, and just simplifying it... How can the USA even be so arrogant to be like "US English is still the best god damn English!" This really grinds my gears.
Grammar and spelling are way simplified in American English, so even if you were to be like that, you're wrong anyway.
E.g.
In British English (BrE), collective nouns can take either singular (formal agreement) or plural (notional agreement) verb forms, according to whether the emphasis is on the body as a whole or on the individual members respectively
In American English (AmE), collective nouns are almost always singular in construction: the committee was unable to agree

The first answer is to blame Noah Webster, of Webster's Dictionary fame. He believed it was important for America, a new and revolutionary nation, to assert its cultural independence from Britain through language
If you're going to moan about it, why were you so lazy in not creating your own new language? Instead of butchering ours (all Brit's opinions) and then claiming that yours is laughably better.

Australian english naturally evolved to be a mash up of both the languages.
Our collective nouns are probably closer to the american way of doing it, although we do use notional agreement at times.
We kept all the u's.

Let's agree that both forms of English are equally valid and, in absence of a unitary English authority (dictionaries notwithstanding), nobody can really tell anybody what 'is' and 'isn't' correct.
