The first bullet stopped in the barrel, and apparently the shooter figured it'd be a good idea to try and clear the stoppage by [I]shooting 7 additional rounds[/I]

In his defense he may not have noticed it didn't come out and shot the entire cylinder thinking he was just a really shitty shot.
He's extremely lucky the barrel didn't explode.
