On a somewhat related note you shouldn't actually threaten to DDoS someone you send your full resume to including your address, name etc.

Yup.
To add some back story he originally applied six months ago and sent me a resume. I denied it at the time because his past history was questionable and his old employer at Pickle Hosting said some not nice things about him. He came back today hoping I'd forgotten.
I had a pretty strong suspicion he was trying to fuck me over so denied it again and that chat was the end result.

You'd be surprised how ignorant some people are to how unsuited they are for a position.
I know of people who verbally abused the person who DID get hired.

I'm probably going to send his parents a letter since he was kind enough to tell me he was 17 and give me his full address and name. I'll make sure it looks like a bill from someone else so he cant just throw it away. :)
