It most likely needs new brakes but I don't think anything else would be badly damaged other than the tires maybe.

Tires and brakes are probably the only things that took damage. If it's got drums (which I'm guessing it has, both the rear brakes and the trailer brakes) you might need to change them because of cracks. Stops like that generate so much heat from the brakes it'll crack the metal.

If he was carrying palettes then some of them could've tipped over depending on how high they are and how well wrapped they are.
I unload supermarket delivery trucks for a living that are about this length. They stack the food 6 foot high on palettes and wrap it in cling film.
