I remember that they stopped producing these bumpers for CN unfortunately since they were so expensive to create.
This was back when Cartoon Network was the top tier channel for cartoons, their viewer count went through the fucking roof during 2004-2006, but after that everything went downhill after there was a bomb scare because a person walking in Boston thought a sign promoting ATHF was an explosive device.

When that happened, many of the animators who made these bumpers left CN and I believe Craig Mccracken and the whoever was the CEO of CN at the time also left as a result.
That is when Cartoon Network went downhill.

And then Adventure Time happened and caught Cartoon Network as it was dangling off the side of the cliff. It's been a slow recovery since then, they'll make it back someday if they can keep up the pace. Even the guy responsible for CN Real has resigned, I believe.
